Re-doing the Earlier Entries How would you feel about this? Let's face it, Trosephim has come a damn long way since the earlier entries, in terms of the quality of production/crops/etc. Rewatch Entry #4 and tell me this isn't something that should at least be worth considering.
Unless, of course, TO running like that is still canon in some way, but I HIGHLY doubt it.
How would you feel if they re-shot the entries to conform to the quality that we see in some of the more modern entries? I think it would be interesting. However, I don't see them deleting the entries that are up today and uploading, for instance, Entry #4 v.2, so to speak. Although I think we might see something like this in a dvd release. That would be very cool, come to think of it.

I can't stand waiting for a new entry anymore and this is just an idea that's been in my head for quite some time now, so I figured to keep things active on the forum, a new idea for you guys to think about would be cathartic in some way, haha.

Season one is pretty damn perfect and honestly, I don't see any call for any changes whatsoever. It does exactly what it sets out to do: introduce and entrance the viewers into Jay's ever destabalising world. Yes, the boys have more money, but not enough to make an overall significant difference in terms of effects. Hornets is brilliant, but it does show it's web series budget restrictions, but like Old Doctor Who it's part of it's charm and it generates an atmosphere so intense you really don't give a damn anyway
I think most of us would agree that season two and three really should have been combined together for a much tighter narrative. I love season two, but there's a bit too much tease and not enough reveal, even for this sub genre. Troseph really seemed to learn from this and season three's slowburn reveal (and inclusion as Tim alongside Jay to shake things up) is much more effective.
If you want a reimagining with a bigger budget, then I suggest you wait for the movie

The split between season 2 and 3 is more of an oog thing than the split between 2 and 1.

Actually, the actions by TO might still very easily be canon. We're still not really sure what order many of the early entries go in with 100% certainty. Perhaps the running is an advanced stage stalking tactic of TO? Just think about it. By this point in the series we're thinking, "Okay, TO won't run after Jay or Tim," but then, since they've been stalked consistently for a while now, BAM!, Trosephim throws a running TO curveball at us which would also confuse the heck out of our Dynamic Duo, who have never (to our knowledge) encountered "that thing" running at them.

The Operator was running at Brian in Entry 54 if I recall correctly

I'm pretty sure that originally season two was meant to conclude the series all together, but Troseph decided that it wouldn't be all that dramitically satisfying and decided to make season three their final season (which I'm grateful, because I don't think I would have liked season two to end where it did. If it had been shorter, it would have been fine, but as I said before, there was just too much tease and just too little reveal, even for someone like me who went into season two straight after one)

No it wasn't:

There wasn't really much time left afterwards to return to the present and show the ending, not to mention that the whole story felt incredibly cramped that way. So we decided to take the ending and devote an entire season to it

I'd like to see them re-done. Nothing changed, just updated quality. Sadly it won't happen.

You joined in 2011. I joined in 2012. I joined after you.
This idea is the 9/11 of filmmaking, second only to what George Lucas thinks is okay to do to finished movies. "Movies are never finished, they're abandoned," no, that's wrong-- movies are done when you're done with them. They are movies.
Stop remaking old stuff and think up new ideas.
