I kind of feel like a lot of the people who were hating on Jessica's acting were just butthurt Jay/Alex fans who were peeved that Jay was hanging around a girl, and were just looking for an excuse to hate on her. Smile

But Season 2 sort of killed that Jalex ship anyway. It's all Jam now.

And i personally think Jessi is alive

You know, I have a question that -if it can be answered- might help with this one. Does anyone know if Jessica's luggage disappeared with her in Entry #33? I've watched it over and over and I just can't tell.

I can hear someone sighing and asking what my point is. So I'll tell you: there was a great deal of speculation (naturally) about the nature of her disappearance. Did The Operator take her? Did Masky? Both? Other? Someone pointed out that if Jessica was working with Masky she could have just quietly slipped out on the fire escape and taken off for parts unknown (this was in regards to the "why was Jay's door closed after he told her to leave hers open?" question).

That gave me a kind-of theory of my own: Hoody and Masky were both there. She goes back into her room, where she's subdued and restrained by Masky (so she can't scream or do anything else to give them away to Jay). Hoody then quietly explains that they're aware of what's happening to her, and tells her that no matter how much she wants answers nothing good will come of sticking with Jay. Quite the opposite, actually. He would then tell her that they didn't intend to harm either of them; they just need Jay to be on his own, and that would be safer for her any way. Just grab your bag and leave. Forget about Jay, and definitely don't have any further contact with him.

If she went along with that, and took off on her own, she very well could be alive. But we'll never see her again, because she takes that "no contact" order seriously.

In the season 2 dvd they reveal in one of the entries the operator was supposed to be casting a shadow in jessica's room, implying he was supposed to be in there at one point. That means that the operator was targeting her.

There are only three possibilities

1) Alex killed jessica and had the operator take her body
2) Jessica is alive but being held hostage somewhere for 2 years
3) Jessica is alive and well but remembers nothing about the hotel incident and she's either going nuts bc of it or she's perfectly fine bc she doesn't remember it

Let's not forget that there has been ZERO news regarding Jessica, other than tta using some old screencaps to remind us about her. In fact, Jay and tim haven't even mentioned jessica more than once since she disappeared. It seems like everyone kind of forgot about her.

I've just realized Jay getting Tim to help him look for Jessica reminds me of Alex getting Jay to help him look for Amy. I remember people discussing that Jay is slowly turning out more and more like Alex with all the parallels between them.
