[TRAILHEAD] Pronunciation Book - Countdown 77 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouiDKPYV_zI This is a little weird.. Pronunciation Book @ YouTube has recently been uploading these strange videos:
77
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouiDKPYV_zI
"Something is going to happen in 77 days."
76
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DnPRjbY_oc
"I've been trying to tell you something for 1,183 days. Something is going to happen in 76 days."
75
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2g-d-8qpH9w
"I'm awake now. Things are clearing up. I'm not saying the words anymore. Something is going to happen in 75 days."
74
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kn_1DnRqM8c
"I've got a minute. Let me tell you what I think is going on. Something is going to happen in 74 days."
73
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKB3sgWjdWo
"Tension between the districts has spiked in the last few months. Something is going to happen in 73 days."
Seems like there is something hidden in the audio of each of the videos, the end of each seems to be filled with a series of clicks.
What is going to happen on September 24th?

And here I was hoping I would be able to break news on a trailhead...
Anyhow. There are clicks in the end of each video during the 'silence'. They kinda remind me of pulse dial clicks from old rotary phones. Currently trying to find a way to extract useful data from said clicks, but it may be slow going.
Speculation: clicks will correspond to numbers, which correspond to letters. short phrases, or one word per video.
Or I'm completely wrong, and the dude has a shitty cable connecting his mic to his recording setup.

I never use 4Chan so maybe I just don't know how it works but neither of the 4Chan links you gave seem to work for me? I just get a 404 error for both of them.
If anyone wants to play around with an MP3 of the numbered videos, http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ is a good place to go. I tried to play around with it a little in Audacity but the clicks don't seem to work well as morse code to me because their sizes aren't even. There are long, short, and medium-sized lines.

I tried out one of his other videos to see if there was the same clicking at the end but there was not so I'm thinking it's definitely put there for a reason. When I compared 77 and 73 it looked like they were near-identical though...

havent been on 4chan in yeeeeeears, but threads die out pretty quick, and get restarted all the time so I can really say is just keep checking http://boards.4chan.org/x/ and hope it pops back up

Is that really the only way to keep up with a thread? That's kinda obnoxious... :/

Thought I would I point out that many people seem to think (and submit quite interesting proof) that this is being run by the people behind "This Is My Milwaukee"

If this is true then I will pee myself with joy.
Considering how much the sample sentences talk about "districts" and "the Zone" I could definitely see why people might think it could be related to TIMW...
Someone put together the possible story that PronunciationBook could be telling here .

Wow, whole lot of info in the Google doc linked from that video. Most interesting to me with respect to the latest videos is the set of images stacking the audio waveforms starting with 77 and adding each below. It does look like it could be forming an image.

Yeah I'm hoping that goes somewhere - there's definitely something there.

This definitely seems interesting. I'm going to keep an eye on it for sure. I have to take a little time and get caught up in the googledoc though.

It's likely artificial noise o make a picture in spec graphs.
They've been piecing the spec of the end of each video together and it looks like it's forming an image.
