It sounds like there's an address in the recording (sounds like 72 Grosvenor Street, London, but its an American voice saying a British place name which generally leads to hilarity and lost tourists). Google maps isn't helping much (the street view is from the jubilee celebrations in 2012, which is actually kinda awesome).

i think thats exactly what the recording is talking about. after doing some research on the "grey ghost" his comments about the ship seem to fit.

I guess i was too slow typing this lol but yeah i was wondering about that address too.

We have a new phone message, and this one is quite long and sounds like it gives some sort of substitution code key in it.

There is also noises in the background as well as music.
