I called the number with my landline phone on speaker and recorded it with "Quickvoice Pro" on my iphone, emailed the file to myself, then converted it to a wav file using this website.

*eta I think I'm dating myself by still having a landline. lol

I'm wondering if this may be a key for a clue later on. Specially if the letters aren't repeating.

It's a letter/number replacement key. At some point we will get a bunch of numbers (or letters) and this will let us decode it. I wonder if its supposed to be used on this newly recovered drop?

Do we know where it was found? (London most likely)

Not to sound mean or nothing, but if you are talking about the drop, all that info is already on the boards. May be 11 pages but it's worth a read.

Wow. Sorry I'm not up to your standards. (Fwiw, I've actually been contributing to those 11 pages, so thanks )

Hey I said at the beginning I wasn't trying to sound mean. Only trying to be helpful. LOL You know boards make it hard to get tone of voice across. Sorry if it came across mean, so not the intention.

Per tumblr:

Fragment #2

A new operative message containing the location of the second fragment will likely appear today (if not already), if things still work as designed. It's hard to believe it still works after all these years. The system must have a wonderful creator.

Just spit balling here but these are all WWII, BOTH radio calls and USA Battalion Companies. I have listed the American ones I know just off of the top of my head.
EXAMPLE: I don not see the letter A, that would be ABLE Company or Alpha in Radio talk.
More research might produce more along with British divisions?
