I think by The Ark I think TTA refers to the The Tunnel from Entry #64, etc, because in a sense, it is an "arc".

Speaking of which: What is the significance of that tunnel? And what — just what — is on the other side?

I really hope they come back to this and not just leave as a loose end.

One day I was walking through the woods when I saw three people walk by: two guys and a girl. The guy with the camera called the taller guy Alex. I stealthily followed them until the camera guy and the girl stopped. I stopped two, thinking they had heard me. My suspicions were confirmed when the girl said, "I think I hear footsteps or something behind us. What if someone's following us?"

Clearly there's something important on the other side...we've never actually seen anybody pass through successfully. Though the opening scenes of #65 make me wonder if perhaps that's some sort of gateway to...well, the Ark.

What "the Ark" actually is I have no idea—the idea of it being an alternate universe seems too simple for this series. And I don't believe the opening scenes of #65 were in an alternate universe anyway.

Jay and Masky went through to the other side once, but it was during the 7 months Jay can't remember and the camera glitched out.

By the way, it took me longer than it should to figure out your username and avatar come from a Nightwish album. Obviously, I need to listen to them more.

One of the good (imo) albums, from before they changed singers too Wink

Back on topic. If, in the end, Ark = Arc, meaning the curved shape of the tunnel, I will headdesk. Not saying the tunnel doesn't have something to do with it, I just don't think it means that. I prefer to think the tunnel might lead to whatever the ark is, rather than actually being it.

Hm. I forgot about that. Masky must know so much; if only he were more talkative...

I actually think you enter the ark through water. When we saw Tim's chest cam footage, he was transported through the slendyverse/ark through a puddle the op created. Then in entry 41 at the 2 minute mark hoody zooms in on a puddle where we see a figure running with a blurred out face. He was wearing the same clothes jay was. Its almost like jay was in the water but actually in the slendyverse/ark. Water always played an important theme in MHs and is sometimes mentioned. Can anyone think of other examples to support this therory?

I'm re-watching the scene in #41...but I don't see what you're talking about. Any highlighted screencaps you could upload?

But it would make sense though. ToTheArk. The challenge getting to the "Arc" than to the other side. Though now that I think about it, the other side is in an arc.

The word "ark" coupled in with the countless references to water, drowning, etc. makes it seem like a reference to the idea of an ark in the Biblical sense, as a vessel of rescue.

I'm sorry I'm writing this on an ipad so i can't do screencaps. But yea it's really weird. If you look at the puddle at exactly 2 minutes he's filming a creek with water (again with the theme of water) you see a figure walking in the reflection of the water. Someone should really make a topic discussing the themes of MH (ie water, fire, tunnels, etc) and discuss on what they mean. I would but no one really likes me here haha

Sorry man, but I really can't see anything. Just looks like murky water to me, and that's fullscreen and HD. Could you give a better description of where it is you're looking? There are several small bodies of water at the 2 minute mark.

I still think our best lead is Entry ##### because that is the only time someone actually mentions it. Tim wanted Jay to lead him totheark.

Its probably been analyzed a crap ton already
