Shadowtalk Binary

I've been doing some work on a the binary part of the numeric spew that shadowtalk subjected us to the other day. One of the first things I noticed was that there were 105 binary digits, an interesting choice since while that number is not divisible by 8 (standard ASCII), it IS divisible by 7, giving 15 characters.

7-bit ASCII is the same as standard ASCII, except the high-order bit is an implied 0. Trying this tack, I got the following:

Code:
0110100 4
1100101 e
1010010 R
1100110 v
1001100 L
1011001 Y
1010010 R
1101001 i
1001011 [
0100101 -
1001101 M
0010110 [ACK]
1001100 M
1011001 Y
1010011 C

The inclusion of punctuation and control codes made me abandon this attempt. But 105 is also divisible by 5, giving 21 characters in Baudot code.

Code:
01101 D
00110 N
01011 G
01001 L
01100 I
11010 J
01100 I
10110 F
01101 P
00101 H
10100 S
11001 W
01101 P
00101 H
10011 B
01001 L
01101 P
00110 N
01011 G
00110 N
10011 B

Giving the character string "DNGLIJIFPHSWPHBLPNGNB". The paucity of vowels indicates that this string in also encypered. Trying various ROT values produced no meaningful results. Various other decryption algorithms proved of little value.

I present this information as work in progress. Hopefully someone else may see something here that will enable them to move forward.
