I meant Rosswood Town. I assumed Tim lived there. (Or did I somehow miss something that said Tim lived in a different town?)

You do make a good point about giving Alex time to prepare. I did assume they left for Rosswood town (or, as you said, Tim's house) before uploading Entry #74, so that they could surprise Alex. But I feel like Entry #75 would have been uploaded by now if a confrontation had taken place.
(But, then again, it took Entry #62 about 3 weeks to be uploaded, when it could have been uploaded the day after #61.)

Something about this seems to be heading in the right direction. Addition seems to work for some of this. Looking at where the numbers first start to overlap, 0+4+1=5, 0+7+1=8. Next sequence doesn't jive, but then after the period, you see 1+1+1=3. Doesn't do anything else after that that really fits, though.

 		I lined up the decimal places...

...and then took the numbers that overlapped.

I tried using an alphabet method (i.e. A=1, B=2, C=3, etc.)

.LIES
DGF.SIBGF
AL.LFEDENIEC
AL.LFEDENIEC
EHB.CFROFDIE

I then added all the numbers up...

1282.943700

...and did the alphabet method again, and got...

LHB.IDCG

...I'm not sure what it could mean, but I'm hoping it can help someone see the numbers, and possibly draw connections. : )

Well,*67 blocks calls on a "per call" basis,so that's interesting.....
Edit to clarify:It does not block a number calling you,it hides the identity of the caller.
