So based on this info about Kurchatov, I think we can be pretty certain that they are coercing the Mathematician to finish his equations to help them work on their nuclear bomb; timeline says that Kurchatov began development on it in 1940.

Yep.

Or to paraphrase a classic movie "Nuclear weapons are a red herring." and it has something to do with the our niffty "Quantum Fluctuation Detector Apparatus". But that's just me playing devils advocate.

 		Kascade likely refers to the "particle cascade" the Mathematician mentioned in a previous communication.

 		Ok so after thebruce found that whisper I wondered if perhaps there was other things in the previous audio files.

Now this could be just me hearing things. But I swear I'm hearing something in the background of the Sandy Hook file. Unfortunately I don't know how to download from soundcloud.

Around the 18th sec, it sounds to me like the speaker is taking a breath. Maybe Tenshi could describe the pitch (high or low) of the sound she is referring to.

I think you might be right about the breath.

Meh was hoping there was something there. I still hear some noises in the background but I think they are just ambiance like boat sounds.

 		Other than the breath, about the 25 sec mark there is a high pitched ringing but I can't identify it as anything significant.

 		I'll be pretty much out of the loop for the next couple weeks, so if I don't post for a bit it's not that I lost interest, I'll monitor the goings on when I can. Have fun in Atlanta and with the next drop. I'm guessing trees will be involved?

 		The Mechanic has recently posted two new answers to questions submitted. Apparently, the Mechanic never met the Mathematician. Also, He does not know who the Artist or Anastasia is. Interesting that the Mechanic was working on Tube Alloys. Also, a very interesting cryptic description of later experiments.
