A search on the address is useless without a city and state to work with. It's just plot padding.

The address is more than likely there in Rosswood town.

 		Also, I'm fairly certain the address does not correspond to any real-world place. For the exact same reason TV shows always list phone numbers with the prefix 555.

Tim should have told him that he knew about the tape, and if he really was going to show him at a later time, then he could've said that earlier. Tim said no more secrets, but we just saw that wasn't true. Hoody seems to believe Jay's ready, and I've already trusted him a bit more then the other characters. He does seem to know more than everyone else.

Maybe Jessica and Amy's old apartment, but that seemed like an urban area and "79 South Creek Road" makes me think of more of a woodsy sparsely populated setting..

I'm not entirely sure if it really was sunset or not, but it's entirely possible. It's also irrelevant, because there was clearly some craziness going on as evidenced by the distortion on the camera. You-know-who was probably nearby, so that means either tim did shift so quickly to sunset or that the distortion just made it look like it was sunset.

I think I gotta agree with him on this. It's possible that this is the tape that turns you psycho and Tim wanted to get Jay to be better state before revealing it to him so that he won't fall for it. Not sure who's going to be uploading the next tape. Tim certainly seemed concerned for Jay for a while now.

 		Also, I'm going to assume until further notice that the note on the back of the picture of Amy was referring to Alex. If Alex had captured hoodie or something I feel like he would have written it on some random piece of paper and not wasted one of his precious photos of Amy on a note for Jay and Tim. Also Alex seems like he's done playing around anyway and would just want to attack Jay and Tim then and there instead of leaving a note to meet them somewhere else. That being said, WHO has Alex is another matter...

 		Well really the only people who I can think of that have alex are:

1. Hoody
2. Amy/Jessica?
3. totheark (if it's not hoody)
4. The Operator made Alex write that down as a trap for Jay and Tim
