I'm absolutely not. Nobody really pays attention to Tribe Twelve the same way they do to Marble Hornets. Hell, Marble Hornets has a DVD release, t-shirts and a feature length theatrical movie in the works. Trosephim really did their homework, and they got there first in terms of Slendermania. That said, Tribe Twelve is virtually unwatchable, the same way EverymanHYBRID is unwatchable because they don't number their episodes so I can't figure out what hell order to watch them in.

It's the main "accepted" theory of time travel and I was thinking more along the lines of Back to the Future, anyway. Doctor Who can talk to his past incarnations without much of an issue, whereas Marty McFly from 1985 isn't able to talk to Marty McFly from 2015 without the threat of a major paradox that would tear a hole in the spacetime continuum and blah, blah, blah...

I personally like the Timewars books take on time travel but that is neither here nor there.

They do bring up the point however that everything is just a theory... one that no one wants to test (oops unmade the universe... welp that sucks). At the end of the day, who's to say what is possible.

Also the Doctor always lies...

I'd rather go with the Many-Worlds interpretation, but if there is any kind of time travel in MH it's definitely not that.

I am also a fan of the "Many Worlds" idea, but you're right. If Hoody is Jay from the future and the "Many Worlds" theory was right, he wouldn't have to hide his face from his present day counterpart.

You're pretty wrong with that assumption. There's entire forums dedicated to TT, and some of the bigger slender universe podcasts talk about TT all the time. Sure MH has bigger numbers, but to say that little to no amount of people watch TT is dumbassery. Also having DVDs to sell doesn't mean jack, MH were only shipping out 1000 at a time, that's nothing in terms of how many followers they have.

You have to look at the consistency of number of people that watch each video. Notice how MH videos have a gigantic amount of views for season 1 videos and not nearly as much for season 3? MH has about 3x as many views per video on average, which, when you take into consideration that MH has 10x as many subscribers. People are watching TT consistently, wheras ppl subscribed to MH are not (also I guarantee more people watch MH multiple times so their view numbers will be higher regardless)

This would suck, really. If it's a new character, then why the mask? There's no need to hide the identity of someone we don't know. Sure it could be for mood and aesthetics, but over all, the idea of a mask is to hide the identity, and honestly, an unknown face is just as effective as a mask for that.

Having hoody be a new character would kill the series. Fans would get pissed and tell their friends who might want to watch not to bother (i think thats their biggest concern with this season. if pacing keeps going as slow as it is no new fans are going to want to put in the time to watch it when they hear about that)

I think I have an idea for the tape. What if it's an earlier part during the entry where Masky and Hoody attack Alex (can't remember Entry #). It could be Tim and Hoody (maskless, i'm assuming brian) discussing what they'll do to Alex. They then look to the camera, and say "You recording?" , a reply then goes Yeah (i'm assuming Seth), then we see some behind the scenes from the Alex takedown

There was one theory that they're two different entities, slenderman and TO... That slenderman is a good guy warning jay to stay away from TO.

This entry raises an interesting possibility: since Jay and Tim have split up, but both have passwords to the MH youtube and twitter accounts, we might see a sort of dialogue occurring there with both making tweets/uploads accordingly (unless Jay has already changed the passwords on the accounts).

A little guess of the way the rest of the series is going to go: I think the address is a fake - they wouldn't give away the real address to protect the privacy of whoever lives there - and the street number might be a little tip of the hat to how long the series has left. They've said that seasons 1 and 2 having 26 entries each was a coincidence so we shouldn't necessarily expect season 3 to end on entry 78 exactly; on the other hand, it would be strange if season 3 went on for a drastically longer period of time than either of the other two seasons and matters do seem to be rapidly coming to a head. Alex and someone else - probably Hoody - are waiting at number 79 for Jay and Tim to drop by, and I think when that happens things will come to a climax.

So, my predictions of the next few entries are as follows:

Entry 76: Jay posts the tape he took from Tim. I have no idea what the content will be, but it'll be shocking, and it'll severely disturb Jay. Jay will probably conclude the video by directly asking questions of Tim and challenging him to answer them via a public upload to the YouTube channel as show of good faith.

Entry 77: This one will be posted by Tim, and will be a confession - perhaps a fairly long and extensive confession - in which he seems to give answers to Jay's questions. He rounds it off by proposing a face to face meeting to discuss visiting the address on the photo.

Entry 78: The penultimate entry. Jay and Tim meet up and make their plans. They post the entry immediately before heading to the house in case neither of them make it back. They both decide to each bring a camera to record it, so that if one of them escapes and the other doesn't then at least one of them will be able to get the story out. (I think whatever Tim's agenda in this is, it involves getting the story out - but getting it out on his own terms if possible, hence him not wanting Jay to see this tape just yet but presumably still wanting Jay to see the tape at some point down the line.)

Entry 79: The final entry is actually woven together from footage from Jay and Tim's cameras - whichever had the better shot of what was going on - and possibly Alex's and/or hoody's too. Careful ambiguity is maintained until the end of the tape as to who actually edited this all together and posted it, so we don't know who survives until the end of the Entry. Shit hits the fan and the final answers are uncovered.

I don't know why people still believe that. They've said the operator is not the slender man multiple times. Also the reason he doesn't move in season 2 is because they can't do it without making it look goofy, and if he gets too close you can see the persons indents of their face underneath. HD camera picks up too much.

If they could move him without it looking dumb they would. Every entry where he's moved since season 1 they've never shown him walk or anything, they cleverly turn the camera around and back and he's in front of them (someones moving the operator maniquen or w/e you wanna call it)

Upon seeing the address, I immediately deemed it fake. Marble Hornets obviously takes place in a fictional setting, like Gotham, Metropolis, Smallville, etc. "Rosswood" Park proves this. Trosephim are smart enough to not reveal a real address, so I would like to think they made it up. This is how I guess it went down:

Troy: "And then, he flips over the photo, and it says, 'I HAVE HIM.' There's also an address on it."
Joseph: "...Do you have an address in mind?"
Troy: "Uh... 79."
Tim: "South... Creek..."
Joseph: "Road."
Troy: "There we go."

Tim also had a few words to say on how Marble Hornets will end:

Quote:
We do have an ending in mind. We don't have a set number of episodes, we are not saying "we are doing exactly this," its however many it takes. But we do know what we're gonna do for the ending.

I sincerely hope they don't try to answer everything that needs to be answered in one entry.

*sigh* the address was fake.

And let's be real. They have too much to wrap up in 4 entries

- Where is Jessica / Amy
- Who is totheark
- What are the operator's motives
- Who are the liars
- Whatever tim was lying about on that tape

And probably a lot more. Some stuff I bet they just scrapped (like the bullet casing) so we won't get answers to everything, but things that they've mentioned a bunch of times (like the stuff listed above) won't go unsaid.

Sure they can combine some of those into one entry but that would be horrible pacing. This whole season has pretty much been baby steps, so to blow their load in terms of reveals all at once like that would be stupid and they know that (otherwise their film school teachers don't deserve to be teaching)

I also firmly believe Alex will turn out to be chaotic good in the end. There needs to be an entire entry dedicated to the resolve of Alex's character, at least.

They never should have upgraded to HD cams. I rather enjoyed the low quality look of the previous entries. It enhanced the mood and was great for minimizing useless details from showing up onscreen. I personally download the entries in lower quality formats just for the "classic" effect.

And we were talking IG of why he wasn't moving around much. Not behind the scenes OOG.

And yes, the ending should take it's time. One fell swoop could ruin the mood of the entire series. Something like, a 20 Entry finale (hoping it'll end at Entry 100), one posted at the end of every week. Little bits at a time, a few big shocking moments, information reveals, culprit reveals, and a bit more explanation behind The Operator and how he does what he does would be nice (though it's fun to leave such things to mystery however).

And Mr. Digsby, TTA replies (longer than the usual replies of course):

Entry 76: Jovially taunting Jay in the lines of I told you so or something like that.

Entry 77: Something mocking Tim in spite of his continued interference.

Entry 78: A big huge warning for Jay to consider his actions.

Entry 79: TTA walks up to the screen, takes off his mask, leaving it on the floor, we (obviously) see Tim's face, horribly dis-figured from extensive Masky-State. TTA reverts back to Tim during the video (with extensive glitch scenes). Tim smiles, bows, and walks away with his back to the screen. All we see now is the mask laying lonely on the floor. The Operator appears on screen behind it, and disappears along with the mask. End of TTA's replies.

Don't worry Mr Marble Hornets, they know what they're doing. Tim mentioned they had an end planned out. But didn't say when, or what entry it's going to be. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Entries reach 100 before they're done. They probably will land on an obscure Entry number for the "final entry" just to be quirky like that. Maybe 99, or 101. I have a feeling it's not going to end relatively soon.
