Our twitter friend was about to leave twitter for the night, so if you want to ask I'd do so now.
Don't like asking for things I dont find unless you want me to.

Very nice.. that fits perfectly.
So we now know that our friend is a traitor? So why does he hate Princip so much.

Thanks, Tenshi. No twitter or facebook for me
I'm just a lurking analyst
Feel free to use whatever I am fortunate to contribute.

Not a problem
Just don't like stepping on toes, but I'll make sure it gets shared

Yes excellent solve mate!
I thought the colours were a misdirect.
ETA: This may have already been discussed but I'm currently watching The Doctor Who Proms and it occurred to me that the 50th Anniversary episode is being shown in November and we have already seen in the episode The Name of the Doctor John Hurt playing a generation of the Doctor that betrayed the 'trust'.
Is ShapeLITE480 in fact the Doctor?
I've tweeted him the question we shall see.

A few tweets of note to share with the masses.
So I mentioned arthurdent discovering the name is an anagram for Ephialtes and he responded.
Quote:
Ephialtes died in ignominy almost 2500 years ago. A man who did the right thing, the written thing. He was just on the wrong side of history
I responded with the quote history is written by the winners, which he responded with "There is only one Writer" So I asked
Quote:
If there is only one writer, is truth up to interpretation?
And got this in response.
Quote:
The Story is the truth. It is the only true thing you've ever experienced, even if you've only been on the periphery.

Was your post above meant as a joke or did ShapeLITE reply? Have mostly avoided twitter b/c my questions seem extraneous. So, TY Tenshi for the updates!
Am enjoying this thread a lot tho, esp. working on group solves & reading the research plus the speculation. And Beaut anagramming, arthurdent!

Here was my little twitter conversation:
shapeLITE480 wrote:

me wrote:
@shapeLITE480 So unlike Princip, who was just wrong?
shapeLITE480 wrote:
@danteller PRINCIP WAS FILTHY AND FALSE AND THE STORY WAS NEARLY RUINED.
me wrote:
@shapeLITE480 I'm surprised you have such absolutist ideas about the rightness and wrongness of stories.
Then the bit you've already seen:
shapeLITE480 wrote:
@danteller @TenshiAkui The Story is the truth. It is the only true thing you've ever experienced, even if you've only been on the periphery.
Tenshi Akui wrote:
@shapeLITE480 @danteller If we live on the periphery of the truth, are you offering to show what we've missed?
And finally he directs us back to that opening video:
And this morning we get this:
shapeLITE480 wrote:
Sometimes, a writer can lose control of their characters, a story can be ruined. The damage done must be repaired. They must be controlled.

Probably not the Doctor... It wasn't a joke the evidence fitted nicely into his timeline and the traitor plot although I didn't think it was likely. He did reply which I'll post here when I get home tonight along the rest of my twitter chat.
The last tweet regarding losing control of characters is probably in response to one of my tweets early this morning when my brain refused to switch off.
Has anybody asked him directly regarding anagram of his name?

I mentioned it to him that's what gave us the thing about Ephialtes dying in ignominy.

I'm kind of failing to see at the moment the possible connections between Lovecraft, Gavrilo Princip, and volcanoes. I guess we'll have to wait to see how The Story(tm) unfolds.

You are not the only one!
I'm kind of wondering if we're waiting for something. Besides the november date but.. don't know.

Ditto This is a tenuous idea 'tho good stories like volcanoes are built on layers. So, am waiting for a 3/4 YT vid & wondering if he's asking: Do you dream in strata?
