Or maybe its a reference to the boathouse, which has 7 arches? (tho I kinda like the graffiti idea more Smile )

 		Double-posting to note that yes I did get it, yes everybody here gave wonderful directions, and here's the photo dump.

Haven't cracked open the USB yet, but wanted to give you guys something to work through ASAP. I'll update this post with additional information as I progress.

EDIT #2: Now that the important stuff's out of the way, time for the self-indulgent deaddrop recap! FDR Park is right by AT&T Stadium, so it was fairly simple to hop on a train and head on down (the last time I rode this particular line my cell phone got stolen, but that's another story).

On my way over, I noticed the Picnic Area signs were numbered, so had a pretty strong suspicion what "#7" meant. When I got to the three benches, the sign confirmed, and there was a nice vista of the lake. Seems to be a trend with these deaddrops, as Seattle's was gorgeous.

I didn't take a picture of it, but the area was right across from the FDR golf club building, so you guys couldn't have given me better directions.

If you need better quality pictures of the six pages of text (the first three were bound together with string, as were the last three) let me know. Scanning didn't work too well the last time, though.

So from the back of the artwork, "Under/Below/Within the Galatia, the key to eternity." depending on how you want to interpret "sous" but assume it refers to the ship's hold.

MrToasty, Thanks for the translation. "Under/Below/Within the Galatia, the key to eternity."

This quote reminds me of several stories about time traveling devices that have been placed on board ships. The most popular being the "Philadelphia experiment" With this in mind I now doubt that our ship was actually struck by a U-boat torpedo. It is more likely that the ship was damaged when the Tardis was activated. Taking parts of the ship with it through time in the quantum traveling bubble.
