Has Noah's father (Bill, I think?) ever been mentioned by his full name? We've known for a long time that Noah has his mother's name, but I can't recall if his father's surname has ever been mentioned at all.

Been lurking for awhile, shuffling out of the woodwork to comment on this.

At first look I thought it might be Slendy, he's got the suit and the tentacles, but at a closer look at that image and the others that show that location, it appears the 'tentacles' are just leafless trees. He also appears to be a darkskinned man, rather than blankfaced and inhuman white. His proportions also appear normal.

That said, it doesn't look like he's casting a shadow, which is odd. Perhaps he's a member of the Collective?

Going by the potential clues of 'Collective' and 'Darkskinned', it could be the Observer? The Observer's vessel is Kevin, who is dark skinned, though I don't think we've ever seen him wearing a suit.

It could be nothing, though... Just a regular human investigator overseeing the retrieval of the vehicle, and it's a coincidence he's in a suit, and his lack of shadow is just angle and he's standing at the height of a ditch.

 		I believe the in-game explanation is that his father took his mother's name. Perfectly normal, really.

I don't think that's the Administrator in that picture, I'm almost certain it's the one who killed/s Mary. Which makes me feel very sad.
