As long as we're cool with Photoshop, this is a really, really, really, REALLY bad Photoshopping job I did once late at night and under the influence of insomnia. I made it for my sister. XD

This.

Also, if Hoody was a girl, should (she) have a sword?

I found a Marble Hornets music video. I have to say, it is the most beautiful montage of Marble Hornets clips I have ever seen.

However, I don't believe the music choice to be very good (no offence to the maker of the video). I chose a different song to listen to while watching it. Here is the video:

YouTube: Link

And here is the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOBJ4nY5gVk

It is called, In the House, In a Heartbeat. In my opinion, it is a far better song choice. Copy and paste the link into a new tab and start playing it, and at the same time start playing the music video (remember to mute it first). It lines up perfectly and can also work as an awesome trailer.

That's funny, because whenever I hear "Little Black Submarines" I immediately think about Marble Hornets. Probably something to do with all that "Operator, please, pass me back to my mind".

Watching it again, it does seem like a good song choice. However, I think that the song I chose does a better job of delivering the impact that the video intended. It is your choice what song you choose to play with the video though, not mine. Choose whichever you like!

I'd use Reflection by Tool.

The entire song as a mysterious atmosphere as well as a slow build up. Disposition would work for end credits.

The song (Reflection) also seems to fit the flow of the series. Slow and simply mysterious at first, then things get a bit unnerving as more tapes are watched and mysteries unraveled, eventually things get carried away...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I.E. Alex gettin' murderous

and in turn, the song picks up, and it never quite relaxes or breaks down, it eventually just stops. I'd imagine when MH ends it'll be swift.

As for Disposition, it gives off a feel of conclusiveness as well as a mysterious vibe, as if some questions are still left unanswered.

Disgustipated has a good creepy atmosphere to it and it could work if not for the lyrical repetition. Also, the sound is fairly straightforward and not ambient. Seeing as the vocals are more upfront, it would take away the mysterious atmosphere.

Intention would be good if MH was more abstract and less in the real world.

A lot of Tool songs would fit. I like Schism and Sober. Both seem to fit the mood of MH to me.

Also Weak and Powerless by a Perfect Circle. Mudvayne, World so Cold.

Songs that capture a feeling of Desperation and isolation generally remind me of this series. And Silent Hill.
