Was anyone else laughing their ass off when Masky first showed up with a person on his back?

I've re-watched the entry a few times, and I'm definitely in the camp that Hoody and Tim took Jessica to draw Alex out, or something. They weren't directly trying to save her. Hoody just runs past her and attacks Alex in the tunnel without giving a crap where she goes. If I were Jay, I'd be pissed. Hell, his mental state has probably deteriorated even more at this point. I wouldn't be surprised if he went to the address looking to do away with absolutely everyone. Speaking of which, I believe the address is where the "final showdown" of the series is going to take place.

Something curious about the entry at hand, though, is the fact that Hoody emerged from the scary side of the tunnel. I'm probably jumping the shark here, but what if Hoody, TimMasky, and Alex have ALL been working for the Operator this whole time in conflicting ways? Or have just been putting up a ruse to make Jay THINK that they're against Alex? In order to let his guard down and draw him out? I'm sure this is a bit farfetched as there are likely plenty of moments that at least one of them could have done Jay in, but I just...Why was Hoody on the scary side of the tunnel???

TO with what appears to be a human head. Looks like Alex, actually... unfortunate implications.

Oh god, first things first. That ear rape when The Operator comes in, I almost died. Great entry, not so much story wise was hoping for a Hoody reveal, but I believe Jessica is dead now. Great suspense and overall terror. Um noting else that hasn't been said already that I can think of.

Oh also: The Alex/Operator distortion. Yeah. That freaked me out. That's one of the only things that has in this. Other than the jump scares(of which there are few and they get me really easily) I can't think of anything other than Jay's dream about Alex really that scares me.

Okay, I swear I saw a tentacle behind TO right at the ear rape.

Really enjoyed the entry.
No idea how 15 pages have arisen with almost nothing to speculate on though Razz
I'm assuming Jessica is 'gone' as in Alex's 'everyone is gone' speech.
Meaning she's quite likely to be alive somewhere.

Also, I think Tim does remember being Masky now, given how he really didnt want jay to see this tape.

Not necessarily. He probably just watched the tape and realised it wouldn't be good for Jay to see it.

Wow. When the entry ended, I just sat for like two more minutes staring dumbly at the black screen. First entry in a long time that's completely floored me.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I guess Jay isn't going to get to ride in like a white knight and rescue Jessica. Poor Jessica. Poor Jay.

I agree there's not enough evidence to say conclusively one way or the other, it's just a feeling that Tim would give it to him and point out he doesn't remember it. I also would like to point out them tailing hoody through the hospital, him sending Jay to get the tape then hoody managing to escape. I think Tim knows who hoody is and is helping them out.

Conversely, the fact he made next to no effort to get the tape back Jay says to me that I'm wrong, it's just the side I'm leaning toward atm Razz

HORY SHET!
I missed most of the discussion AGAIN! Evil or Very Mad

Well, excuse me while I vent.

MORE OF THAT PLEASE!

Yeah I did miss Jay's comments. =]

Edit: Also, seconding all the Jessica kicked Alex's ass comments. I kept on expecting her to die by Alex shooting her, or her walking straight through the tunnel, but she really took charge and was generally awesome. Her one downfall was not knowing there was an Eldritch Abomination wandering around.

I agree.
She was so brave. Smile

Now we can say, with 99% certainty that Jay is Hoody.

Except when Jessica disappeared, wasn't Jay in the hotel being slenderfied?

ETA: nerp, remembering #52 instead of #33. My bad.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Time travel, time travel, TIME TRAVEL!

Why can't you people just accept the obvious time travel trope at work here? You all flocked and followed the infantile idea that Sarah was significant like sheep for almost the entirety of the series, so if you're dumb enough to believe the Sarah theories, you're still just smart enough to believe in the time travel possibility.

Serum, at this point, is a troll.
All he is worth is a troll.

DEAR LORD. This is one of the best entries in a long time!

We need to learn why Alex apparently sacrifices people to the Operator. It's clear that he didn't want Jessica to be involved as he blames Jay for it. Does he just want to off everyone that "knows too much"? Why?

Also, Jay notes that she appeared to be taken away in the same way as the guy in Entry #49. Tim managed to go to that place and survive so... she might still be alive. o_o

Pretty much this.
Alex already knew Jessica couldn't remember though. What exactly did she still have that made her a threat? Was he afraid Hoodie would seek her out and recruit her?

Phenomenal Entry. Poor Jessica. I'm going to be one of those stupid fools that hopes she's still alive. I saw her breathing when she was lying down. I'm a bit confused in regards to the timing of Jessica's kidnapping and Jay's exit from the hotel, but it's probably a simple explanation. I'm also confused why the hell Masky and Hoody even brought her to the damn woods of doom.

Also, tremendous Slender Man appearance in this when Jessica exited the tunnel. The fact the she didn't realize what she was in the presence of and assumed it to be a man in a suit makes it that much better and more dreadful. Awesome moment.

I also am hopeful that she is alive somehow, at least under TO's supervision in the SlenderWorld.

The Operator world is Purgatory. Or at least a variant of his/her's. And the Operator is a cross-dimensional creature able to do so to continue consuming and controlling to extend his life force.

The reason why I say this, is that it's starting to make a whole lot of sense as the plot progresses and more footage regarding Rosswood is revealed, as well as the possible motives of the Operator. As a fan of Marble Hornets, and as more footage was shown of the park, I kept getting a lot of vibes that Rosswood is not what it seems.

I believe that what the Operator does, is feed on the fears of the unknown. He/she stalks the victim to a point, and then, with or without the assistance of another human, transports them to "Purgatory" for him to feed on (not literally, but the fears, emotions, and other human abilities). The victim however is more than likely needed to be A: deceased, or B: unconscious or paralysed/incapacitated. In that state I would assume/feel that hey are then trapped inside their mind, and then transported over to the Operator's world for him to feed on. Their physical form either vanishes, or is taken with them to that world.

Alex quite possibly is brainwashed into the thought that if he is partnered with the Operator, that he may be given a chance to be free (probably not gonna happen). However anything is possible. Hoody and Masky are, and may be freedom fighters, aware of the Operator's intentions (either having worked for him in the past, or have been controlled by him previously as Alex is now). Tim seems to be aware of "the other guy", and through his medication I would assume that he now knows how to keep him in check. However, Hoody (presumably, from theories, either Jay, Brian, or another flagship member of the story) requires Masky to fight back alongside him. This also explains as to why in this entry they were attempting to hide Jessica, but failed. It could be that Tim became aware of the split personality, and returned back to normal life to get out so that he would not fail again. (if Hoody is infact Jay, it could explain as to why Tim and himself were separated constantly; possibly through another force to convince them to return back to their prior state as the fighters. Jay's subconscious could also be the driving force between him attempting to find answers and stop Alex/Operator from harming anyone else; bleedthrough from his Hoody persona).

I like this theory. It gives a reason as to why he "takes" people, alive or dead.

We can only hope until further confirmation.

And also, I have another question.
If Jessica took Alex's gun, how did Hoody get ahold of it?

Alex had a gun pointed at Jessica, but she managed to take it from him before he could pull the trigger. She escaped to the other side of the tunnel, where The Operator attacks her. Alex takes the gun back and presumably kills her. Hoody later takes the gun in Entry #67.
