 		Another thing. Twice before we've seen the operator come to help alex when he was in trouble. When jessica points the gun at him he's nowhere to be found. When hoody's beating the shit out of him he's nowhere to be found.

But Alex somehow gets away from hoody, and Jessica gets caught shortly after. Why would the operator at this moment potentially let Alex take a bullet or an ass whooping, but not before? OOG error, or IG plot point we haven't seen yet?

Everyone's the bad guy, it just depends on the degree. Jay's not innocent by any means, Hoody and Timasky have their own personal agendas, as does Alex. It's ultimately the methods they use that places them all on different "scales" of bad.

Because sending people on a wild goose chase just to have a code turn out to be a lie is a REALLY BAD move. Nothing TTA has said has been false so far, and a lot of his claims have been explained and proven true. We have no reason to doubt TTA seeing as at this point he is the most knowledgeable person in the series and also the one who has seen helping out innocent people the most.

The fact that Jessica's gone. That was the whole reason that he was continuing on, to find her. Now there's nothing to find.

So finally, that translates to "truly your fault" and "she's out there" for the ToTheArk video. And "I am watching" for the tweet.



So in game, Jay even acknowledges that Jessica isn't dead. So he has no reason to think that in this entry that she is dead at the end. I've rewatched it four or five times now and there's not a single thing on here that Jay could theoretically get mad at Tim for besides the fact that Tim didn't tell him about Jessica (which isn't even that bad considering tta says she's not dead). Even if Tim showed this to Jay upon meeting him Jay wouldn't think less of Tim for it, and I can't see how it would affect Jay's outlook on anything. He'd still think hoody was a semi-good guy but pain in the ass, that Alex was bad, and that Tim was doing sketchy things as masky. Jay isn't going to up and leave his investigation if he saw this video.

I mean, the only other thing is that they took her to the woods to lure Alex out, but is Jay even going to make that connection? It's not even something he (or we) can confirm. I think it's going to just come down to Jay calling Tim out for not telling him, even after Tim made this whole spiel about how Jay didn't tell him about his knowledge on marble hornets, and then saying that he (tim) will not be keeping secrets anymore.

That doesn't explain why Tim didn't show Jay the tape initially. What would be the point of deliberately misleading Jay into his wasting his time?
