@twistedpuppet: fair enough I suppose, this video is inconclusive - intentionally so, I daresay.

@Amethyst.64 I don't think she had any problems like TO problems until Alex moved in with Amy. Why do you think Jessica had been having similar problems for a long time?

[Edit] Actually, I can't be bothered to keep having to point out why people had a problem with the insufferable attitude you used in your long post. Having re-read your last post, it just isn't worth it.

I have given up on the idea that Marble Hornets can be a sane, rational and polite human being, so he's not worth wasting time on. You on the other hand can be, so you ranting like this is a bit offputting. That is why I called you out. I know you can be much bigger than this, so do it. Debate, don't insult. You didn't like it when I did it to you, so stop doing it to everyone else.

It's amazing that I'm getting a tl;dr here of all places, I thought that this was a place for serious and in depth discussion of the Entries. And i thought people were taking this a bit more seriously, you know in a fun way. Like as though it were a game or puzzle we could work out by sifting through what we know. I thought that was the idea behind trying to establish a theory based on evidence, leading to interesting discussion debating the validity of any given theory based on supporting or contradictory evidence. I was under the impression that this was basically the only element of ARG left in MH, so I have been using this board mostly in that fashion.

I suppose I'm sorry if my tone was offputting, but I was frustrated, yet took the time to read every post for the 26ish pages before I posted and it took a while and wasn't an interesting read. So I said so. My bad. But don't tl;dr a post I spent a while typing out. Why are we even on the board if we can't handle a wall of text, Laughing Happens all the time, but I roll my eyes and read it and more often than not its an intriguing read. I don't like to think that a thinkers forum like this would skip any of the posts in a thread they're into actually Laughing

I'm just defending my big dumb wall of text in the end. I dunno.

I think the primary of the most in to it do read all previous posts, but if you aren't checking often I'm assuming that over 20 pages of text gets tedious, and sometimes your right, its a lot of "this entry was this" or "The panda did it" and although fun, gets annoying, I think for entry 77 we should just all kiss and make up yeah?

Here's a stupid thing that popped in my head after watching with entry. Feel free to shoot it down, it's just something that crossed my mind after watching.

Through this thread and many others there has been wide spread speculation on wither or not Tim/Masky is aware of his actions or not while in his Masky state. Also there is speculation on if Tim/Masky works together with Hoody currently or if there was a falling out with the two at some point in time.

I like to think that yes, they did work together for a time, but than Tim backed out not liking the direction they were going or something to that effect. But I do think they could be back to an uneasy truce atm.
The reason I bring this up is because after seeing this entry my mind shot back to entry 67. I remember there was such an argument on what Tim could've had in his hand at the end, 'It's the gun! No, it's his cell phone.' etc etc.
What if it was the tape itself?
I mean, when Tim came to in 67 he picks up the mask and drops it, 'damn it Hoody, leave me alone, we broke up', than takes that thing out of his pocket, and just the look on his face than. Could have been a reaction of 'what the hell is this? A tape? Why is a tape being left for me? What is on it?' or alternatively, 'Oh shit...is this what I think it is? Goddamn it, I have to make sure Jay doesn't see this or knows I have it.'
And than of course we have entry 66 where Tim comicly follows Hoody where he could've easily have tackled him. I speculate that after the events of his Masky state, waking up with the mask left for him and finding the 'tape?' in his pocket, he reluctantly joined together this Hoody again, if only briefly. 'Look Tim, I have this tape Jay needs to see, get him out to the hospital.'

Idk, I may be completely off base with this idea. Just a theory that popped in my head that I kind of liked and thought I'd share.

I liked the theory above, but I dont understand why TTA wants Jay to watch it. Makes sense Tim doesnt want to, it implies he's been lying about Jay's main reason to stay on all this mess (Jessica). So why TTA wants the opposite?

Theres footage of this entry (Hoody's back while running from Alex when he pointed a gun at them) in Conversion, soon as he writes "Watch your back" or something. OOG, this entry was filmed some time ago then...

Damn right we should. Come here and lay one on me! Razz

And Sha, the tl;dr was more me being a smart ass redditor than any sort of commentary on the length of your post. I like long post when they're well written. It means though was put into it.

And Jessica's still dead. *runs out before the torches and pitchforks come out*

Actually it might just be me being plain wrong, I think I was getting confused about the dream where she's a little kid and misremembering.

I do hope they were trying to get her to safety, but why can't they just tell Jay that, if it's the case?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
btw, you by far aren't the worst person on this forum, I just thought that one post seemed overly aggressive, which I haven't noticed you be in the past

I don't think this is a bad theory, especially since we don't know when Tim got that tape or learned what was on it. But I'm pretty sure it wasn't Entry #67. It's always looked to me like what Tim did was pull out his phone to see how long this latest blackout had lasted, and then almost had a heart attack at how much time had actually passed.

I didn't, unless you mean the Alex/Operator mish mash thing, but I have noticed it in other entries.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I liked the theory that he comes closer to having a face the more powerful he gets. But I think the creators said that was just a mistake because of the higher video quality. In season 2, at least.

I thought he seemed faceless as ever. Except for a couple of S2 entries where he did seem to have one.

I like this trail of logic and speculation, but it, along with all other theories doesn't answer the question: why did Tim hold onto the tape? I mean we all agree it's pretty damning to Tim and discouraging for Jay. Tim could have destroyed it. Jay WOULD have found out Jessica was killed/taken eventually, but why hold onto proof (if not hide way better least) that could wreck everything? Follow up, I wanna know according to Tim when the time would be right for Jay to have seen it.

This topic perfectly exemplifies the reason(s) I am not nearly as vocal on the internet as I used to be.

It was a great Entry. I'm waiting for more, anxiously, as usual.
