[spec] Just listened to chapter 11 again...

 		[spec] Just listened to chapter 11 again...
going over the transcripts for chapter 11, trying to figure out the muffled dialogue, and I realized near the end - when Rani's at the door and the 'natives' broke through, there's the officer (CO?) and the soldier... the soldier, whom I finally heard referred to once quietly as - Lieutenant...

anyone remember where else there was a semi-major character who was only ever referred to as Lieutenant?




yeah, Herzog's mole... the only problem is that the last we heard of him Herzog implied he was transferring him to New Mombasa... but does the voice not sound like the Lieutenant? And would that not be the perfect way to lead into Rani's rescue?

quite interesting... the problem that is... Razz

Sounds like a different voice to me. Personally, I think Durga's going to have about as much trouble springing Rani -- and Sophia, for that matter -- as she had framing Standish. Durga takes care of her crew. Period. So even if we never hear another word about any of our heroes, I won't feel that either of them are really a loose end.
