Email from Dale:NOTEBOOKS PAGES

Pam,
Thanks for forwarding me that message. Please believe me that I'm not
going to
take any chances I don't think are absolutely necessary. Hopefully my
"partner"
in my little plan will come through like I'm thinking.
It's turned out to be a much bigger task than we both thought, but
I
have the
first 9 pages of the notebook from Wes' safe posted on my
www.synthasia.com
site. You can find an index page with thumbnail pictures here:

http://www.synthasia.com/dtn1.htm

That's actually only about a third of what's there in total. Sam sent
me the
images I needed to get started on these last night but I hadn't
anticipated how
long fooling around with their sizes and making the index page and the
nine
separate pages would take me. Sam is due to send me the next batch of
images
this morning as he was going to stay up last night to finish scanning
everything. I think I'm going to have to ask him to finish making the
pages
though and posting them to my site, because I have a very busy day
ahead of me
and am running out of time. I'm pretty sure he should be able to finish
it all
today. Like you mentioned, I'm meeting with Don Marzano late this afternoon
but I
still need to go have a face-to-face talk with the person I want to go
with me.
We had a very long talk by phone last night but there are things that
need to
be said in person before I can be sure about this. If it doesn't work
out, I'm
not sure what I am going to do, because either choice of going to the
meeting
alone or standing Don Marzano up are not good options. I'll keep you
posted
about today's meeting as soon as I can.
Tonight should be busy too. Once Sam gets the rest of the notebook
pages up
there should be enough to keep us occupied, figuring out where the disc
may be
hidden. As if the other stuff I'm still scratching my head over wasn't
enough. Smile
Dale

Is this where we are discussing the contents of the notebook pages? If not please move this to the correct place.

On page 7 he seems to be around Bear mountain rt 6 and 202. 684 and 84 is a junction
near there in Newburg 44/55 runs around the mountains near Lenape territory, Old
Post road, you cross the Hudson to the Poughkeepsie side and will find it north around
New Hyde Park and Staatburg I believe as a side road all the Vanderbuilts and Mills
mansions.

Page 8, Rt 9 runs along the Hudson RiverEast side. 28 is around Woodstock-Saugerties,
he'd have to go through Saugerties or Kingston to get back on the Thruway-87.

Page 5 he is in Mass. Myles Standish lived around Plymoth. Plum? Is he talking about Plum Island? That would be in the LI Sound.

Page 2, he is in CT, Sisters and victorian Houses ring a bell to be with a connection to Gilette Castle.

Anyone calling the phone numbers?

I'll keep looking for what stands out
