 		Looks like a reflection of a mannequin or painting at the wall behind him.

I think it's just a mannequin in the corner of that room. There's something black in the photo of the white shed, in the background, could just be a tree trunk.

Oh!Come on!

First of all, he says he developed his pictures on both fisical and digital, but wait; He uses a digital camera as you can see by the reflection in the window. What the hell?!

About the picture, besides the add of brightness, the author seem to also have had increased the noise and used a low compression of the .jpeg, to dissimulate the adding of an overlay picture of "The lady".

BTW, I found something else in that picture, did any of you looked carefully at the doorway at the left of The Lady?

In the video there's no mannequin there and in the photo you can see through her. It doesn't look like a reflection to me either.

Shocked Shocked Shocked ..........And with this lovely analysis... the fun has just been sucked right out the whole thing. The PM might be new - cut him some slack. Also perhaps rather than slate the thing because of mistakes we could just take this for what it is and enjoy the ride? Arg or not there is a story being told and i for one am enjoying it.

I am enjoying following the story from the sidelines - not perhaps the most active player because its on tumblr but given its halloween period and everyone loves a good ghost story i say why not just let the thing run and enjoy it.

Aside from my rant above... i also agree that the image of the woman is probably ment to be taken as ghostly given that you can actually see thru her...Might do some snooping on the pics just to see if there is anything lurking in there that might be of use but im guessing not. I think its just ment to be a creepy story.

Still say we contact him and get him to hunt down the creepy river from his dream.... Twisted Evil

 		As far as I know, we're supposed to be helping him figure out the mystery of this video and apparently the mystery of the house, so I assume this can still be classified as an ARG. He's not saying "oh god look what I found" but moreso waiting for other people to find it themselves and report to him on what they see/figured out so he can continue onto the next part.

Also, who cares if it's obviously edited? That's like pointing out special effects in Alien vs Predator, it's silly.

Okay, so the guy (does he have a name? I don't remember) noticed the ghost now and is wondering if there's something else he missed, which to me is like saying "There is something else there, too! Find it!". I've been staring the pictures now for awhile and haven't seen anything else at least as obvious as the ghost lady.

My analysis was serious and sincere. I like when the curtain is kept at it's place. I love likelihood. I work in the business of Cinema, and I love to be fooled, but well fooled. But, whatever...

About the Pics, the only thing I felt weird about them, apart from The Lady, was some weird straps on the two chairs left of the picture. Dunno.

Aye fair doos ... but bear in mind that real ghosts are hard to come by without editing.... Being in the cinema business you should know that Wink

Not that weird. Its commonly done in historic houses to mark out which seats guests are not allowed to sit on. Some places use them to obstruct the seat others just have them as a marker.

 		Ok, no. There is no "Casper" hanging around.

You can "see through" "The Lady" because... she's a reflection from the wall behind.

The reflection is my educated guess/opinion, without further study of the story/content so far. It looks like a reflection. Until some other in-game connection is revealed that confirms the speculation that it's not just a reflection, to me it is a reflection of some doll or art piece. No need to get the pitchforks out against the PM.

But there is no Casper in the the doorway. And definitely not to the visible degree you edited it in there, WintonSmith. Please check the definitions of "serious and sincere"

ETA: If there was a "Casper" (and I don't believe there was), it's since been edited out likely as an unplanned artifact or compositional coincidence, and likely to assuage the pitchfork mentality raised in this thread =P
