Most important for me would be:

Reveal of The Ark.

Secondary are:

Post Entry 12 Events
Hoody Reveal.

Everything else can be in ambiguity for all I care. I'm pretty sure they can do this in the next few entries. Even if its just a blurb of The Ark in context of a certain event, or in reference to a person (at least it would point towards something). Or even a 1 frame reveal of Hoody, I would be happy with just one frame. Isn't that sad? But 12 does need some following up on. Cause it may be the beginning of everything, and the answer too.

Honestly, I think it would be so cool if there was more footage from previous events from different perspectives. I really like that concept. Like the most recent entry (#76), for example. It showed what was happening to Jessica the night she disappeared from the hotel. More of that kind of stuff is always great.

On the same note, I'd love it if they did more stuff like the totheark video "Exit" and "Reminder" where it shows someone filming from another location of something we've already seen. That's also really cool. Obviously they would have to plan that kind of stuff out, but if they did, that'd be awesome.

I'd like to see some more of Alex as well. Present day Alex. And not just him in crazy kill mode. Him explaining or just talking about things would be great, like others have said. Even if the moment is tense or if they have him tied up or whatever.

Seth is another person I'd like to see more of. When he was shown for like 6 seconds in Entry #54, I was a bit excited because I thought that meant we'd be seeing some more of him. It hasn't been looking that way for the past 22 entries, unfortunately. I always like to think he's important in some way, though, so hopefully he comes back.

Sarah and Amy too. Even just the characters mentioning or talking about them more would be interesting and something new. Same with Brian.

Of course Brian or Seth could be Hoody, so that'd be something cool for their character. And yes, Sarah and Amy are also possibilities. I won't leave them out.

I'm also hoping they show or tell us what happened to all of those characters by the end of the series. If the fates of Brian, Seth, Amy, Sarah, and Jessica are never given to us, I'd be disappointed.

Heh, I'd actually rather like to have an entry uploaded - maybe even it being a totheark video - where this was no image. Just a series of sounds, like furniature moving, and then slightest bit of dialogue to clue us in to the character, and odd bits of dialogue between characters for us to piece together what was happening.

It'd be really intresting....especially if it was something like Sarah or Tim's sacrafice.

(Actually, the series has kind of already done it with totheark entry 'Regards' , but not in quite the way I'm suggesting, but it might kill it's suprise power....but I still think it would be a really good idea in either regular entry format or just a vital clue Hoody posts up in a momment of lucidity)

-What happened to the characters (where are they now)
-Find Alex and have massive confrontation at the address
-Piss fight between Jay and Tim in 77

I'm starting to doubt we'll see literally any of the things I listed. Entry #77 was the perfect set-up to a Tim entry but then it's just Jay behind the camera again at the college. And that entry count's getting higher with the number of answers staying just as low as ever.

I wanna see all those except the Amy one, I don't see a reason for it. We still don't know 100% if Alex really gives a crap about Amy anymore so we don't know if she's even important.Whether she if important or not doesn't constitute showing how they got together, because it really doesn't matter (unless it involves a big reveal that she's more important than Alex's damsel in distress like she brought TO to Alex or whatever)
