It looks to me like the letters at the top are IRFNBGNIER

and it looks like what could be letters in Alex's jacket that say END?

But the ones in his jacket, if they are meant to be letters and there at all, are very obscured, and you can just make out END.

I want to say it is a drawn out way to say BRING A FRIEND

but there are too many letters.

But it would make sense, like, Hoody is saying to Jay not to come alone to the address, use the buddy system.

But Jay doesn't have any buddies these days.
