Don't know if this is pertinent or not but Wikipedia identifies a Jocelin, Bishop of Glasgow, as founder of the burgh of Glasgow. He obtained the status of burgh from King William I of Scotland, "allowing the settlement to expand with the benefits of trading monopolies and other legal guarantees." Could the next fragment transfer be in Glasgow?

Well that would certainly fit with the help overseas info. It's weird that it would be a message coming from Anastasia claiming to be in America though.

I've been listening to the recording in Audacity all night and even though it seems like there should be something in the bit at the end after the message has ended, I haven't found anything from messing around with the speed, EQ, gain and phasing.

I've listened to it too and agree that it feels like there should be something after the dialog but nothing presents itself. Jocelyn and William feel forced enough in the recording that Glasgow could fit.

There's a square named after him, right? Formerly Jail Square, where executions took place...
There's also a strangely (although possibly coincidentally) relevant song from Love & Money http://youtu.be/EuiIJNbJb8U

Nice work, ToeKnee. The link below says "it was the place of public executions in Glasgow from 1814 to 1865 claiming 67 men and four women. They used to hang them facing the monument with their backs to the court for what reason I never did find out. I remember reading a horror story about one of the womens hanging and her wriggling for ages shocked the crowd rather badly."

This info could narrow down the drop site if it is indeed Glasgow.

Been lurking on this for a couple of months as it looked interesting at first. But has it sort of fizzled out? Does anyone know if the PM(s) have just given up; boxes not appearing, dates passing without info, no real action other than some watered-down romance novel?

I must admit to similar concerns but I have been introduced to a lot from this ARG (Alain Aspect, Holographic Universe Theory, Holographic Brain). It has also been a great story so far. So I definitely hope there is much more on the way. By the way, the Mechanic recently answered more of my questions and I find the answers quite interesting.

Glasgow confirmed

The Mechanic confirms that Glasgow is the next site. I believe that we once had sequoya and mrshomersimpson (viaTenshi Akui) as possible retrievers for the Glasgow drop. I hope they are still ready and willing!

That's great MrToasty. Hopefully someone will respond that they will make the retrieval.

If we don't have anyone confirmed by Monday morning I will call my co-workers in the Glasgow office. I actually used to live not far from there at the end of Loch Lomond. It's a beautiful country.
