 		I may be being silly right now but I don't think anyone has authorized this code gotten from the Michael Facebook image so I emailed it and got back an error, not recognized. Maybe like the ones above it needs altered first.

 		Thanks for correcting me MrToasty! Smile I was trying to do it from my phone and it wasn't showing the pasting correctly.

Anyway it was authorized:

Thanks Amandel! I hadn't thought of that. There are several pieces to this remaining unsolved and the last two SSTV images just add to the confusion.

We have two codes like this now and neither of them ROT to anything obvious. We also have a possible 3rd from the 2 previous FB images - FLACON and A86-WJCR.

Nice! Just yesterday I was looking at extended character set ROT and had written a partial implementation years ago that I couldn't find. Is there an online tool that can do this?

ETA: I am still driving myself nuts trying to figure out the other 9999 codes. While the date-like bits look like dates, using a bit of logic to determine any substitution thus far has failed for me and it seems that there may not be a common substitution for all. I would love to be wrong about that.

 		Nope, sorry. Due to my wacky schedule atm am concerned I'd get an email image back & be unable to upload it here. Fail whale with the 999 'tho had a hunch about:

Each of the other FB pics are "/A" so maybe ZINXL/Z1-ERCD is an Atbash cipher reading ARMCO/A1-VIXW

 		I did use the entire string. I went ahead after that and submitted the full PHYFE string and I am still awaiting a response on that.
