Winner takes the earth?
Ran across http://www.mysteriouscircles.com today. It deals with a group of people showing up in black robes at football games and generally acting creepy. Also curious logos and/or images being broadcast in public spaces. There are some videos to watch, and some runic writing at the bottom of the page. Neither of which I've explored yet.

I looked at the whois for the site, and the contact is adminSPLATwhoisblind.com which appears to be some sort of service that covers up whois data for websites.

That is all ...

It's either a campaign for a video game or a campaign for Nike or Adidas. World Cup is next summer.

 		Check the hashtag #winnertakesearth. This thing is everywhere! Also the 1st "Mystery Guy" video contains more runes when they show the stadium screen.

 		Plus there's a slightly conspicuous shot of someone holding up their samsung phone in the first video, and a closer look into the whois shows:
This is probably the weirdest premise of an arg i've ever seen, but the ridiculousness of it all is making me want to see where it goes, so i reckon i'll be keeping an eye on this one.

I'm a soccer fan and recognized the shirt right away - that's Chelsea's jersey.

The whole thing does seem to be directly related to the world cup and Samsung. Samsung is a major sponsor for all three (and more) teams whose stadium the mysterious men visited. Interestingly, two of the three teams whose stadiums they visited won their domestic league last year with Chelsea being the one who didn't. All suggesting that these "alien" mysterious men are checking out the competition in order to play the best around in a contest for the world.
