Yeah, I've never subscribed to the theory that it has any powers or any real significance other than being a symbol of TO itself (though TTA uses it so much that I agree that he might have adopted it for himself or something.)

Alternatively, the Operator Symbol may have been written under the message as a reminder of what it is that Jay and TTA must stop in this "last chance".

I personally like the idea that TO symbol's meaning has changed through the series (like a words in a language) at first it may have just come from Aex's crazed mind as a way to ward off TO and TTA used it to mock Alex, then it was started to be used as a warning or a message to Jay/Alex/Whoever is involved as they will recognize the symbol.

TLDR; TO's symbol's meaning has changed since it was first used.

I don't think we're going to learn who Hoody is. At this point, who he is doesn't matter, and since we've eliminated Jessica, there's no one we can put behind the mask without it being someone really obscure or from season 1.

That nickel is spent.

What we do need to know still is "why?"

But the more I watch this, the more I'm starting to think we'll never know that either. This is a story. A story of strange and unfortunate events that happened to a small circle of friends. Not all of them survived, but those who will will have this story to tell.
