They have 3 games listed for 2014 release - Wolfenstein: The New Order, The Elder Scrolls Online and The Evil Within.

ETA - they are also the producer of Fallout 3 so it's possible. Other sites are showing other links to Fallout 4 also.

Can anyone see if they can recognize the two buildings http://captainclusterfuckssingalongblog.tumblr.com/post/67081504399/i-was-on-the-survivor-tumblr-and-noticed-the there? It was in the thumbnail for an audio post on tumblr, I think it might help us figure out where the 'transmissions' are coming from.
My suspicions so far are
Bridgeport (radio bridgeport is mentioned in the survivor2299.com source)
And west tek (Somewhere in/near california I think?)
also, anything we can find on "ELLA DEUX" which has been mentioned many times in responses, and cryptic messages.
another thing is the flickering gif shows two messages "West tek Research" (a research facility on the west coast known colloquially as 'the glow') and "/SYSTEM ERROR"
Finally, someone who know's something about fixing/editing audio should look at the newest transmission, it's got a strange echoing effect. Anyway, these are all just ideas.

West Tek research facility was in the first Fallout game located in southern California.

P.S. it seams ppl have been posting on the tumbler with various computer commands to activate something and the tumbler responded to the commands with errors. We might just have to figure out the right ones.

Well the tumblr bit is fake, at least not associated with the original website, and they have no idea of the validity of the site either. So anything that stemmed from tumblr can be disregarded. There's just one post on the tumblr now and it's from whoever created it.
