Well it's much more exposed to sunlight in the screenshot than in #77 and #78, since the car's window is right next to Jay.

 		Guys, this is so simple. Jay was tied up for at least a few hours with nobody around before Hoody (?) came in and gave him the means to untie himself. He changed his clothes because he peed and pooped his pants because he had to go and couldn't get to the bathroom, let alone use it all tied up.

Oh wait I know. It's symbolism saying he's wants to be warm. See Jay is cold from the betrayal of Tim and everyone else he thought was a friend, so he put the jacket on as a way of saying "I'm cold, and all I really want are the old days guys!"

Almost anything can be a metaphor/symbolism in art. And besides, I thought people were saying something else so I thought Trosphim had Jay wear different clothes as a metaphor or something.
