so I guess the attack could have come first in new mombassa, but then hit other cities very quickly

I have a feeling that most - if not all - of our character's endings will end in static.

The ILB needs to end in a definite matter, so people ignore it when Halo 2 comes out. No loose ends - including characters.

Man, I leave to go to a meeting, come back and all hell has broken loose. Real powerfull stuff. Great lead in to the game. Its a great way of showing that these extrodinary characters we have gotten to know are all affected by the covenant invasion even though they are in different parts of the world and different places in their life. Kudos to the writers.
