Alrighty, let's get back on track, shall we? We should be trying to solve this puzzle, so we need people to tackle it from multiple angles. Some try the keyboard clue (which I personally am trying to do at the moment), and some try to come up with something else. We need to work together to finish this. I really don't want to have another tta video go unsolved.

So,with that said: One thing I thought was interesting was that the Quadrant code has a blue background. Blue is representative of many things..including water (recurring theme), the sky, sea etc. I'm not sure if this really has anything to do with it, but it's interesting. I googled 6c9 and found a website that has to do with color encryption and stuff..again, probably nothing, but very cool.
The code in quadrant has 1 character, 3, 3 then 4..and also why are there 3 numbers and the rest are already letters? Do we somehow change the numbers to letters (most likely) or do we need to use the letters and numbers to result in a different code?
I've also tried combining some of the codes, but nothing has come out of it.
Well, that;s it for now, I'm going to keep trying to figure this out, if we're even supposed to.

Even if you were honestly trying to defend your analysis, that went on way too far past the point where the discussion should have been dropped.

Oh god I love Troy. So, to summarize for those who don't want to read the last 6 pages of arguing to understand the solution we came up with.

The first tweet was base64 for "how do hands talk" The second tweet was base 64 for "dZ80bIUEMyQ" which a few people who spend too much time on the internet recognized as a youtube url code. The video it led to was a guy typing. Therefore the solution to the twitter codes is "how do hands talk? By typing." There is a possibility that this is a hint to solve the code at the end of the TTA video, we're moving our decoding efforts over there.

It may have nothing to do with anything, but on the video from the second tweet the guy typing said he is typing something from a magazine not shown on camera. Maybe what he is typing has relevance? I kinda doubt it myself given that the first tweet was 'how do hands talk' so, just throwing that out there as a possibility.

Yeah. The point was the typing, not what he was typing. And when I think about it, for some reason, TTA and a 20+ year old keyboard makes perfect sense to me.
