 		Happens? Nothing...he's dead, maybe his corpse could be mutilated but I don't think he cares anymore...because of the death.

Well his corpse seems to be gone as well. But yeah, that whole being dead thing doesn't really leave many options.

 		I think Jay is too big of a character to kill off. Sure, he got hit in the stomach, but it's possible that it missed any major organs. We all know Alex is a bad shot. I'm guessing he's going to start succumbing to slender sickness and he'll don a mask and become TOs next thrall.

 		I don't know, we have seen people in TO's dimension that got killed and now they seem perfectly fine except they are either dead or sleeping (I.E: Bruce), but i really don't know what to expect, i woudn't be surprised if there is no point of return anymore for Jay. Sure, Tim can save the day and everything buy maybe at the end Jay will just be another victim, who knows what will happen, it would be weird that something like ''I got shot, TO fixed me and it's K'' happened...

I think he's alive. I also think Jessica's alive btw
I don't think he's dead to be honest. I thought that the slendyworld (or which I guess is the ARK) was like purgatory, you can't nessacaryly die.

 		If they were going to kill him off they would have done it in a more apparent way, like making WHERE he got shot MUCH more apparent. You can't honestly tell where exactly he got shot. To everyone else it looked like a serious gut shot, to me it looked like the left side of his body between his gut and chest, making it a non-lethal, however serious, shot and he's alive.

Either way he's the main-main protagonist, they won't kill him off.

I agree almost completely. Considering that we didn't see exactly where Jay was hit (I've had some stupidly bloody wounds before that bled similarly, but were nowhere near life-threatening excepting things like infection and sepsis) and that we've only ever seen one person confirmed dead in the Operating Room coupled with the fact that Jay has some kind of Plot Armor, being the lead protagonist for the majority of the series, makes me doubt that Jay is currently dead.

I don't think that Jay is entirely protected by his Plot Armor; I think that it's completely possible that he will die, I just doubt it'll be like this. I think it'll happen in a much more expository way, if it happens at all. By this I mean that he'll die while doing something that's actually plot-relevant beyond the relevance of his own death; checking out the building isn't enough. I think he'll die right as he finds something really important, like a way to stop or kill the Operator, or what Alex's intentions are, or what, exactly, the Ark is (meaning that he would go to the Ark in a way that would allow the viewer to see and confirm what it is before he dies, not die and be sent there by the Operator without us seeing). Something like that, if it makes any sense at all.
