Oh I have no doubt he has feels. He almost absolutely feels anger and hate and I'm sure he feels something for Amy. I just have my doubts that he's able to feel bad for all the people he's hurt/killed/made to go poof.

I want to see someone put dalek lights on Alex's head and mute jay and put the dalek's exterminate over the top when he shoots him
