AS36 agent system numbers are still down, playing catchy music.

Here is report of all numbers from Dec 10th right after AS36 went down after we tried to rutefoce all the agent numbers:

Quote:
[16:04] L0j1k CD still works
[16:04] L0j1k lemme dial CD->as36
[16:06] L0j1k got the menu
[16:06] L0j1k "as36 emerg flag cleared"
[16:06] L0j1k victory tones
[16:06] L0j1k fingers crossed
[16:07] L0j1k i put 18230 on dialer
[16:07] L0j1k damn

[16:07] L0j1k though i *do* like this hold music
[16:08] L0j1k i was so convinced it worked

[16:08] L0j1k becuase usually the CD->as36->clear emerg flag DOES NOT play victory tones unless you actually clear emerg flag
[16:08] L0j1k can one of you dial polish number? see if sirens still?
[16:08] morningcoffee still sirens

Agent System is not playing hold music anymore but now it plays busy signal.

We have some new recordings of MD:
http://sukasa.rustedlogic.net/MD/Index.aspx (sort by date to find recent calls)

A16395: very interesting! http://vocaroo.com/i/s1Ad2YT6uMs5 (again, please confirm audio!!)

A16395 came from IFFOUND.TXT files http://i.imm.io/176m1.jpeg.
This number is in GLOBAL RESPONSE CODES Dr. J. Marvin Blackweather BOOK. http://otp22.referata.com/wiki/Nadando_package_drop

We called and left message for this number in april 2013.
"So far we don't have too much, aside from leaving a message for Jonston Atoll (A16395) with the message desk. The message was "I found your list". We'll see what happens I suppose. "

Todays answer was:
Code:
"message for Q Jonston: unavailable"

Kinda important:

I think I found binary code in happy song on 709 number

709_700_0122

709 number is one that had previously played unsolved "scrambled messages" and latter "interrupted prerecorded busy signal"

Song reminded me on thing we called "ice cram van song" from here:
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=968126#968126
(vocaroo link here is dead, http://vocaroo.com/i/s0NSo678eHLJ, oldfas please check your HDDs for s0NSo678eHLJ.* and repost.)

New Happy Song on 709

Recordings of "happy song":
http://otp22.referata.com/wiki/User:Busy

One example:
http://dialer.otp22.com/2012-10.dir/2012-10-05%2003-34%20UTC%20-%20709-700-0122%20-%200.wav

Spectro:
(my usual spetro making setup is terribly broken, so i can provide only this spectro from Spectrumlab)
Someone else do proper one in audacity or our spetrogram16

Anyways spectrum is very similar to one from "ice cream van song" mentioned above.

Clearly 8 bit binary. Needs transcribing and decoding.

Full spetro of this file: 2012-10-05 04-17 UTC - 709-700-0122 - 0.wav

http://i.imgur.com/DGMoUXk.jpg

In file there are some interrupts and mistakes, due to bad phone line, or maybe prerecorded, not sure.

If you do transcribing keep in mind that we dont know how many bits are lost during those interrupts/artifacts, so focus on transcribing and decoding bits of songs that are seamless.

Also we need to figure out if all recordings of "happy song" are the same or is it different for each call.

Old and new ascii look very similar

Dont forget that there were two versions of ice cream truck song, first message with Hong Kong drop and second one after PM removed Hong Kong drop.

So, not much progress. We didnt code that auto transcribe software for happy songs yet.

So we will try old fashion way, by doing it by hand.
It seems that not all songs on this page are the same http://otp22.referata.com/wiki/User:Busy
Thus we have to transcribe and decode them to see what kind of messages they contain.
Although it is strange that only one we transcribed fully is the same as message from oct 2012, announcing component drops.

We need your help!

Here is tutrial how to transcribe "happy songs".

Post resulted binary in pastebin and post links in wiki or here.

For next steps we will reuse old scripts we have after we get ahold of OTPers that have them.
Holiday season and that.

EDIT: on tutorial picture there is mistake second bit is 1 no 0, and few others, so it should be
Code:
11100101 10011101 ??? 01111110 ...

We are sort of idiots, nobody checked dates in filenames of files posted in the table: http://otp22.referata.com/wiki/User:Busy

They are all old files form October 2012!

http://prntscr.com/2g1n6v <---- here you go

We have three different files:

Data song ver 1 are recordings from 1 until 6
Data song ver 2 are recordings from 7 until 55
Data song ver 3 are recordings from 60 until 100

Just as expected since message on 709 changed 2 times:
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=968162#968162 first message
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=968165#968165 second, only two lines different
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=969993#969993 third version

Dates also match:

Code:
UF First data song on 709 :  Fri Oct 05, 2012 2:08 am   is  happy song 1  2012-10-05 03-11 UTC
UF Second data song on 709 : Fri Oct 05, 2012 11:59 am  is  happy song 6  2012-10-05 10-48 UTC
UF Third data song on 709 :  Mon Oct 15, 2012 1:35 pm   is  happy song 60 2012-10-15 14-26 UTC
