 		AS36 agent system numbers are still down, playing catchy music.

Later AS36 came back and now it plays cactcy music on almost all numbers.
Exceps 48 poland numbers are back on playing sirens as they did in september and november.
And CD (cleveland direct 412 888 0004) still works.
Controller, deploy, etc still work "MELTER bipbipbibpbipbbip boop"

 		Response at calling MD number is changing.
Note that MD guy didnt answer our calls for months.

709 number is one that had previously played unsolved "scrambled messages" and latter "interrupted prerecorded busy signal"

In file there are some interrupts and mistakes, due to bad phone line, or maybe prerecorded, not sure.

If you do transcribing keep in mind that we dont know how many bits are lost during those interrupts/artifacts, so focus on transcribing and decoding bits of songs that are seamless.

Also we need to figure out if all recordings of "happy song" are the same or is it different for each call.

 		So, not much progress. We didnt code that auto transcribe software for happy songs yet.

So we will try old fashion way, by doing it by hand.
It seems that not all songs on this page are the same http://otp22.referata.com/wiki/User:Busy
Thus we have to transcribe and decode them to see what kind of messages they contain.
Although it is strange that only one we transcribed fully is the same as message from oct 2012, announcing component drops.

We need your help!

Here is tutrial how to transcribe "happy songs".



Post resulted binary in pastebin and post links in wiki or here.

For next steps we will reuse old scripts we have after we get ahold of OTPers that have them.

EDIT: on tutorial picture there is mistake second bit is 1 no 0, and few others, so it should be

We have three different files:

Data song ver 1 are recordings from 1 until 6
Data song ver 2 are recordings from 7 until 55
Data song ver 3 are recordings from 60 until 100

Just as expected since message on 709 changed 2 times:
