I'm not sure if this has been addressed yet, because while I did my best to read a majority of this thread, it have yet to find anything on the matter:

Could Tim quite possibly STILL be lying?

We've had instances in season 3 where Tim blatantly lied about things, no matter how small, to avoid being demonized by Jay - sort of like what Alex did by giving Jay the "innocence tapes" to make himself look like the victim.

The best example would be Entry #66, where Tim said "no more secrets", implying that he had told Jay the truth about everything he knew. Meanwhile, he had a tape of Jessica being taken.

The instance in #81 where I think he's blatantly lying is where he blacks out. I believe that he did, but I doubt that he disclosed what was on the remainder of that video because he didn't JUST black out - I think he went Masky and whatever happened continue on. I mean, how likely would it be that the camera died before Tim went Masky? I don't see that being a likely thing.

I have a loose, unsupported theory or prediction to make about where this will go next entry:

Hoody will run the next video, where he will break into Tim's house and steal the chestcam. He will show us what Tim didn't want us to see, and finally solidify his whole "He is a Liar" belief about Tim. I think that the video will be very similar to Entry #65, where Tim is taken to the Operator's world with the chestcam. As for what happens there, it'll probably be either the setup for, or *the*, endgame for the series, where we'll finally get all of our answers. Or at least, the ones that matter.

Just a probably meaningless detail that bothers me. It seems plain to me that Hoody is totheark. Entry #73 and the TTA vids that came after confirmed it for me. But Jay -and now Tim- just refer to "the guy in the hoodie", or "the person in the hoodie". Have neither of them made the connection? Or is there something else going on?

Eh. Even if they've guessed it, TTA isn't his name. No special reason to call him that rather than "person in the hoodie", especially since it's not technically a verifiable fact (even if it's absolutely a safe assumption) and this way avoids any risk of confusion (which is important, since every goddamn entry there's someone who's like "Guys, I just figured out, TTA is totally Hoody" and everyone else rolls their eyes and groans a little). At this point, TTA as Hoody is more important than TTA as a YT user anyway.
