Hate to break it to you knife but the world isn't all black and white and displayed on a tumblr page for all of our creepy stalker-esque unfiction asses. Only Heather has come forth PUBLICLY so far, apparently there are others. (and they are implied to be quite young). Something as severe as kiddy diddling (and at this point and from what I read this is what I can conclude, if they didn't want me to discuss it they shouldn't be posting vague pokes at the real situation on their blogs, I read in between the lines) is going to bring on a HUGE investigation, witnesses will be called, someone's going to prison.

Sorry Daniel, but you can't hit rewind on this one.

Well it's a thing now there's no denying it, it's best to clear the air in my opinion, but maybe to the fullest extent after an investigation is done and things calm down. No reason to just hide from the truth and pretend it doesn't exist, besides this forum is for discussing the truth whether it be in game or out. The fans have a need to know that years of their life have just been tainted.

 		This is actually the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen, and now shit is getting really out of control. Seriously guys? It's not enough that it became a whole public issue on Tumblr, you're bringing it into the Unfiction thread now? This is beyond disrespectful, not only to the crew of DH, but to all of the involved parties in this very recent issue.

To everyone who isn't involved, and to those of who don't know the whole story: Drop it and keep it out of this thread. You're not doing anything to diffuse the situation, in fact, you're just adding fuel to the fire.

I didn't say I had proof of that, I said it was heavily implied. Read through all of the posts Heather has archived, there's a couple there that really imply someone of a younger age (as in not the age of majority, >eighteen) was involved.

AGAIN, I don't know this, I think this, I'm just posting what I have come to believe after reading all of the posts/rants.

What, is it making you uncomfortable or do you just not like to see posts with spoiler tags on them for the express purpose that people like you don't have to get mad about how things that you don't want to see are covered up.

If you don't like it pretend we don't exist, I for one am very rattled by this discovery, not the best way to wake up at all and it kind of threw me for a loop to an extent.

 		No It doesn't need to be discussed unless we know anyone involved in what happened. I brought this up to discuss possible impact on the series, not to pretend we have any idea what actually went on between brendon, heather, and whoever else was involved.

I deeply regret ever bringing this up.

I guess that's what I meant, I probably shouldn't throw that term around so lightly it does imply more than what I was trying to get across.

ANYWAY, I'm done discussing this, TOWKM is somewhat right and I'm gonna stop while I'm ahead (because they PMed me and I guess talked some sense in to me) and before some random person calls me a transphobe or something for no reason like on that other trailhead.

Well do you think they'd just go whole hog and bring in a totally new character or expand someone (like Jeff, who's already unusually good with guns and computers and such)
Honestly I'd prefer the latter, and not solely because of my love for the character. It also just makes sense because Daniel's position was that of someone rooted in intelligence and he has also armed himself as of his last update.

You don't need Daniel to write Project Egypt, just sayin'.

Yeah, it would be nice to see a new actor. What about Charlie? Maybe he could play a larger role in the series.

 		Vaguely, and in short: the actor who plays Daniel pulled some bullshit which has likely caused a falling out, and it's therefore extremely doubtful his character will be returning. Any further details are, frankly, irrelevant.
