[Trailhead] TIME.wav

My friend received an email from someone, I chose to not post his email address here until it necessary, but the email contained a wav file. That email was opened by his sister without his supervision. He got really pissed. After making sure it wasn't a virus we looked at the wav and head just a bunch of random chirp and random noises. I told him to email me the file and I messed around with it and remember from a webseries called MarbleHornets something called a Spectogram. I messed around with it to find some program for Spectograms and eventually found one that wasn't linked to Third-party sites. I ran through the Spectogram and got this:

I don't know what to do next...not sure what this means.

And your friend hasn't been involved in any ARG lately that might be the explanation for this message?

If not, first step would be to look at the address of the sender and see where it's from. If it's from "myemail@websitedomain.com" I would check out the website. Also check the email for additional clues.
