Marathoned about 75% of this last night and I absolutely love it. They make up for the bad acting in the beginning with the other characters with the rake :O. They scare me at the right time (note: I was watching this at 1 a.m.) and the animations (or however they do it) are great! Going to finish the rest tonight and get myself up to date Very Happy

Making a few hopefully logical leaps:

1. The "Friend" who signs the Tweets "-L" is the Linnie mentioned previously in the series.

2. Linnie is the woman who fired on the cultists in "The Viaduct."

3. She actually is a friend.

I think the memory card will show what happened to Lee, though I'm now wary of found footage after Marble Hornets. I personally don't think that Lee is dead; they mentioned the blood of the carrier, not the whole kit and caboodle. The Rake isn't a mindless monster; it communicates, and deliberately chose to wound rather than kill during every violent encounter thus far-- though, I don't think there has been a protracted fight like we saw in "The Truth." I'm chomping at the bit to see what's on that card, though; I hope Mo does his thing quickly.

At some point, wasn't Lee warned by the cultists that if he did not comply, they would let the "thing," (Rake, most likely) do what he wanted with him? Lee certainly didn't comply, and was promptly attacked by the Rake...seems not very hopeful for his situation

After re-watching the last video, I have to ask: did Lee actually give them the book? Or did he run off with it?

Honestly, I don't know for certain if he gave them the book or not, but I don't think he did. It wasn't clear enough for me to say one way or the other, but Lee strikes me as a guy who would be contrary just for the sake of being ornery, and these people were threatening his best friend. Once Mo got out of the way, I think Lee just decided to screw this cult, and these cultists in particular.

I don't think he counted on an intervention by the Rake happening that quickly, though, if he thought about it at all.

Something that hasn't been brought up yet here that I noticed was what was said when Story was reading from the book. In "Seperation" you can hear her say "7 objects". Now where have we seen that number before? "1of7" - supposedly uploaded b.y... you guessed it, "L".

I'm thinking because of how the cultists talked in the last video, 1 is the book. The knife might be another one, but I'm not sure.

Also, another interesting thing, if you take an L upside down, what does it look like? A seven.
