Sidenote

It will probably be Brian, but I think it would so much better if it was Seth. He has been mentioned in the series just enough so that we haven't forgotten him, but not enough to be thought as a candidate for most viewers.

Why would it be Seth when he was just the boyfriend of Sarah's actress? That'd be pretty shitty, giving some guy the actress knew a main role and demoting the actress to... well, Sarah.

I agree that Totheark is probably Brian, but in response to TheOperator, Trosephim have stated that in Season 1, they didn't really have much of a plan beyond getting cool, scary shots. The story didn't become a big thing until Season 2, so if it is Seth, that could be something they came up with in Season 2.

I said Seth, since I'd like to see that. Brian's still the most likely choice though and I doubt that's gonna change until the reveal itself.

"Demoting" assumes that the "actress" was originally going to have more of a role. I'm pretty sure she was just there because she was friends with Troseph, just as Seth was just there because he was her boyfriend. And considering he's already made more appearances in the series proper than Sarah did...

I mean, hypothetically, if he was actually a capable enough actor to justify giving him one of the lead roles, why should not knowing him that well be a problem? It doesn't really matter if they stumbled upon him by accident. Not that I think it's that likely to be Seth, but the events leading to his casting aren't really relevant at all.

And besides, Hoody almost certainly didn't exist at the time they filmed the entry in question. Who knows what might have gone on behind the scenes since then?

I had a theory that I'm sure plenty of people have had before about TTA being more than one person, and that the style of the TTA videos that are drastically different are made intentionally to differentiate between members of TTA.

Who I'd like it to be: Seth, Seth and Brian, or a clever execution of Future Jay (really unlikely)

Who I think it will be: Brian, because Marble Hornets has always been really straightforward and he's the only candidate that wouldn't require a detailed explanation
