For entry 84 I anticipate a cool down entry with the hoody reveal and the tape.

But I want the reveal next entry too, simply because those teases in 83 are shit otherwise. They wouldn't even be annoying, they'd just be pathetic. Part of me just wants the mystery of the identity over with so I can either go "okay, it's Brian, thanks for taking almost/actually 3 years to tell us it was the most obvious and bland candidate" or "good, it wasn't Brian."

Like very simple, We already saw Tim beat him up. Unmask him so h might as well just take his mask off while coughing or something

No matter how the unmasking is handled, it won't be a cool down though, since it will be such a big revelation.

How does it not make it obvious? Even if they didn't all believe it to be him, it's easy to come to the conclusion of it being Brian. He is the most relevant male character after the main three, which right off the bat makes him the most obvious candidate. He was also involved in the MH production, which gives him a motive. I don't see Seth as a good candidate because he has all of 3 seconds of facetime and his actor was the boyfriend of a hired actress. People say these factors aren't important but I don't see how they are not. He would be an odd choice. Brian is obvious, there's no denying it.

Now I've had time to think about it, there's actually not much chance of Hoody being unmasked the very next entry, as the tape is the most obvious choice for next entry. Tim has no reason to sit on uploading it, unless maybe it was that "secret" Hoody mentioned in Null. If the tape isn't uploaded right away, that might be more reason to doubt Tim. Anyway, Tim probably will upload it, then the crippled Hoody will be unmasked in Entry #85. Otherwise that was straight pathetic teasing in this latest entry.

Or the tape itself could reveal his identity. And have you considered that there might not be an "unmasking"? Maybe we'll just see him in some entry walking around in the signature hoodie but sans mask and that's how we'll find out.

My bet is on a "reverse unmasking", i.e. found footage of Hoody first donning his signature garb.

I'm hoping the next entry is whoever Hoody is just talking into the camera. A "I'm recording this incase something happens. Someone needs to know what's going on." type deal.

The tape was obviously important though, if el' hoody kept it on his person. I do like the idea of a reverse unmask. The original hoody, like remember in the original tower entry? When "Jay" falls? You see someone watching them. I would also enjoy what i dubbed "Hoody begins" seeing him become hoody, like an Alex attack. Kinda like when we see Tim go Masky.
