I don't know what's been suggested in the IRC but am kinda caught up and throwing this out. I suggest Nero Cafe (or Caffe Nero if you prefer). It's very close to the center of the triangle and the address is 66 Old Brompton. As in Division-66. And I've known ARGs to place packages with a business/resaurant. Heck it might be a good idea to call some of those restaurants/cafes within the triangle to see if a package was been left.

Someone got it. Who it was, we have no idea-- they weren't working with us.

Yyrkoon came into IRC to give us some hints. Which was good because everyone was banging their heads against a wall.
Hints:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The triangle is useful, but the answer is not a location
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
IRC was on the right track with Christies
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The answer has to do with an artefact
Even with these hints, and the number, it requires quite a large leap of intuition to find the right answer.

Agents, please, check your email (gmail users will probably want to check their "Promotions" section)
New communication from infoSPLAT division-66.com received.
Nb: This is not a part of a mission, but informations about the game from Anashel and HE.

Welp, that put me off of this. I think it's fine to send surveys and a video-blog about the ARG (like a post mortem) after the game is finished but to e-mail us via the division 66 email an out of game link that opened that curtain as wide as possible. I find this really unacceptable in my opinion. TINAG after all. I'd like to hear your thoughts but this in my opinion is kinda unnecessary and I don't know if I want to even follow this ARG any more

Anybody fill out the survey and hit "Apply"? Just for the hell of it I did and I got Rick-Rolled; sent me right to the video on YouTube.
And I have to agree, asking for money and such for something like this turns me off. And I am very new at all this. But that's just my opinion.

Well that vlog destroyed my immersion, thanks HE .
Whatever, I'm still invested enough to make it to Mission 6 with y'all, but I don't know about this persistent ARG business...maybe if I was more immersed before it was uploaded I would have been more on board with the idea.
I guess we'll see how it goes.
EDIT: And then I got rick rolled...fantastic. But that's alright, I actually really like the idea of having a phone app that has you on your toes at all times of the day, that's actually groundbreaking in my eyes.
DDDDDOUBLE EDIT: So no one corrects me, I'll correct myself, I just realized this was meant to be a persistent ARG from the beginning, and I have now come to terms with it.

Agents participating should have orange or yellow security clearance level.
If your level is red, you can still request its modification using this form: https://theaxeman.wufoo.eu/forms/division-66-zssqrwr1ns0xew/
