I was "signed up" for a test kit...we'll see if one actually gets to me.
I took the online test, yesterday, and my results were similar to W4ffles (a tick higher, but same ancillary details).
Thinking the second to last "thing" will go up either today or tomorrow...with the last on Friday.

enjoyyourpower.com isn't working. Was there a new puzzle for the 11 Digit file?

In case anybody was wondering, this is not limited to the US. I got my testing kit here in Canada.
Took the test, I scored an 86% and apparently I'm a 'pressurized water' type.

The first "part 2" mission is available on console (or was, for me, today).
However, the web site has not been updated to incorporate part 2 content...so you get stuck in progression until they do.

I got my physical testing kit, today.
3 scratch and sniff cards (numbered 1 - 3)
3 Colored "inkblot" type fractal images (numbered 4 - 6)
2 postcards
Bioframe Diagnostics brochure
Instruction card with pin
I had taken the online test earlier. I was able to take the test again, with my profile. My results were similar...but my affinity changed:

I did not get a test kit which is odd. I usually do get items from 42E.
I took the test anyway and I got

I heard about this ARG on yesterday's Giant Bomb Podcast, don't ask how or why I was listening to it. Long story.
First, the game inFamous Second Son looks amazing on the PS4. The story and the characters seem great as well. I really love the look and the story of the video game. It is visually stunning.
Second, the ARG part wraps into the game which I am very excited about seeing in action. They say that there will be 6 weeks of content. The game launched about 10 days ago so there should be new content coming all the time. I'm not sure if other forums are following this but this looks like a great combination of ARG and video game. Within the video game, Delsin receives phone calls and other data transmissions, and has to run around doing missions.
I watched a video on youtube of someone playing the paper trail content, but he didn't seem to be aware of the ARG part of it. In the video, there seem to be more clues to websites, but I haven't looked through them all. It will be fun if the paper trail video is posted so people who don't have the game can find the websites.
And I did call the number. The head of the DUP is scary and even more scary when you are watching the game play on screen at the same time.
I feel that because the people in this video game look and act realistic ( if that makes sense in a game involving superpowers ) the ARG is even better. I care about Delsin and what happens next.
I hope people here keep playing this game because I think it will be a fun immersive experience. And,selfishly I want to see how it ends and I can never figure anything out in a game on my own.
Edit: I did a quick youtube search and videos of the second mission are up now. I will take a look around it later tonight or tomorrow.
Just saw a video of where the player saw the papertrail sign but ignored it because he didn't know what it was. That video has over 290,000 views.

My test results:
online only
92% probability of conduitism (yay me!)
And I'm electrical (like Cole)

Although we can't determine the precise composition of your genetic makeup without the benefit of a full medical screening, your test results have yielded some fascinating results.
Conduits with electrical powers may develop the ability to draw electric energy from their surroundings, control, manipulate and focus that energy. Cole MacGrath, one of the most powerful and heroic conduits the world has ever known, was an Electrical Conduit. The energy storage and amplification abilities have enormous potential for clean energy research.
Not sure if you guys have found:

And, wow, reading the youtube comments, there are a lot of stuck players out there who could use some help with finding out what to do next.
Edit: New content should be up tomorrow.

There's also http://bioframediagnostics.com as mentioned by IGN in the video via the brochure in the package.
I guess the question is - will a story be unraveling in the Infamous universe here, or are these sites to just extend the game's world and provide a platform to increase gameplay stats? =/
Just saw this so I'm replying to it as a separate post.
To me this is a fascinating question of ARGs and reality. Originally, the game world is the online world that extends into real world interactions. In this game (and I think there may have been at least one older Japanese video game that did this as well) the game world is the videogame world that extends into the online world, but the players interaction with the online world is through a fictional character that lives within the videogame world.
One of the many awesome aspects of this is that the ARG can be played by anyone who has the game and an online connection anywhere in the world. This game seems to be extremely well received, which means large numbers of players will be exposed to the basics of ARGs.
But be careful not to disparage the intense story driven content of these extra missions. Playing these missions requires interacting with the videogame world in an entirely new way and provides depth to a story that otherwise be played on a superficial level. The inFamous story has a background and complexity of human interaction with other humans of different abilities (yes, I am an Xman fan too). The additional content requires detective work and murder mysteries which completely changes the world and depth of a story created and contained in a console game.
So I wouldn't say that this content is just to gain more skills within the inFamous video game.
Would love to discuss your ideas on this some more, if you are still following this thread.
