Fragment 15!
Quote:
The location of the fragment is south of the city proper, in Hills and Dales Metro Park. Look for a body of water you can walk around. On the northeast side of this body of water you will find 5 large stones arranged in a semi-circle. If you face the stones from the path and look across the water, you will see a wooden bench swing. Turn 180 degrees and beyond the path you will see some fallen tree trucks. The fragment will be found in the hollow of one of these trunks.
This is just south of Dayton, OH.

Do we have anyone located near Ohio? It's a little much for me.

The closest friend I can find is about 3 hours away but I'm checking some other co-workers that might be working on the weekend.

I live about 50 mi away. I can attempt to get the fragment tomorrow (Sunday) if no one is closer. Someone had contacted me about my location, maybe this why.

OK, then. I guess I just have to find a body of water with the five stones.

I can't find it on google maps, but Dogwood Pond sounds like a good candidate for the body of water.

And I did an image search for the pond and this image of a swing bench popped up:

Found some stones by the path in what you might call a semicircle and there is a bench across the lake.

Found it!!! It was in a log behind me. It was wrapped in black plastic. Need to get somewhere to carefully open it and see what is inside. Stay tuned (but it might be a bit). Good job sinewave!
