Regarding the EXIF data, I've noticed a few peculiarities - first, that to extract the message, you need to first strip some characters from the raw cyphertext. x" from the beginning of 02.jpg's text, and " from the end of 12.jpg. There might be something there if we had the full calender's worth of data, which brings me to my next point.

Yeah man. I just got into this ARG like yesterday and it was actually very eerie seeing activity just drop like that. I'm sad I didn't know about this ARG sooner to go to the location, but then again, I kinda live too far away I wouldn't have made it anyway haha.

I tried organizing everything, just putting everything we got into two categories: solved & unsolved. It's not that good. I probably missed something. I just made that thing trying to catch up on everything that happened so far. I'm still a bit confused what some people are saying, to be honest.

Funny how Jim has taken in by the time cops for distributing illegal bug porn, and that's what he was holding in a brown paper bag. Like a drug dealer. I think part of the puzzle should be figuring out more details on what is going on in the story. Dark timeline? The Kickstarter video mentions something about... something being doomed in 202X. I don't know. Someone make a transcript of those hard-to-hear voices?
And why are time travelers wearing past cloths? The technology is from the future, but the cloths are from the past? Okay. If it's an alternate timeline where time travel was made in the past, that would explain this.
Who was contacting us in the kickstarter video?
Also, look which particular floppy disks had bubble stickers on them. There's a pattern, but I don't think it's that important.

It's a game where you walk around on an invisible landscape which is only highlighted by some particles flowing around over it. You've got a 4x4 grid that floats around following you, which you can play some notes on but which doesn't otherwise seem to effect the world. If you travel away from the start (using shift to travel a lot faster), you'll find a forest and a mountain, then you'll fall off the world because it's using Unity's default terrain.

I didn't notice anything relating it to Frogs and/or Fractions myself, it just seems to be versions of the game for different platforms, with the contents of the zip and rar versions in the dropbox being the same (but I haven't md5summed them, will get on that), virus scanner said they were clean.
