Don't know if it's all relevant, but Frank Sinatra was prone to mood swings and has mafia connections. The FBI have thousands of documents recording his rampant paranoia. Interesting choice of HABIT's.

Come on guys of course Slendy likes pizza, he probably loves Cheese Pizza as we all know.

But he sadly can't afford it so he harasses people until they give him 20 dollars.

All the series just made sense.

 		Personal Demons
I worked on this a while back, and wanted to get farther before sharing this theory but I haven't. So maybe this will give someone else thoughts/inspiration.

Habit lights Jeff on fire before Slenderman takes him. Jeffery, of the mining town four, had his house burn down in the town's fires (After his parents and sister were killed). And our Jeff has memories and nightmares of being left in a school on fire.
Linnie died by he rake which Dr. C referred to as her... more feral demon.
The everyman crew has been in 1-3 major car accidents and Jeff overdosed on pills (As far as we know from the videos) but they just end up fine.
I think for them to be gone, gone, they have to die by their demon/fear. To succumb, as Corenthal put it. Corenthal didn't say his children died, he referred to them as having succumbed. Succumbed to their demon/fears perhaps?
Habit hid it easily as a sick joke, but maybe he had to burn Jeff, for it to be the end of it.

Vinny: Watching all the people he loves die and being helpless to stop it.

But he appeared in what is assumed to be the Candleverse, so it may have been Archtype Jeff rather than the Jeff we've seen in the EMH videos.
