I think they saw all the chatter and decided not to do anything on the 4th just to keep us on our toes.

Plus, think about it: the only people who might arguably have given a damn about Alex's birthday are Alex, Jay, and TTA. Jay is dead, TTA -if he's Hoody/Brian- is probably dead (as much as I want him to be alive), and Alex is in no shape to even acknowledge it, let alone do anything about it.

Is it too soon to anticipate?

there never was a lot of chatter coming from the MH account to begin with. I think Tim has one thing on his agenda and that's to end it.

If the next entry truly is the showdown and there is any tweet between now and the upload I imagine simply "It's over." Regardless of who comes out on top.

Or "sic semper tyrannis," or something like that.

Hopefully Troy give us a tweet saying something about when he'll be posting the last entry. I don't want to hang on for a month an extra month, see no entry, and then say, "Whelp that must've been the last one…. F***!"

He's said many times that we'll be able to tell when it's over for real. No Ted the Caver bullshit here.

Besides, considering how long we've had to wait at times in the past, how many months would we wait before we knew for sure anyway?

And of course, there's the fact that shortly after the final entry THAC will probably post the Season 3 credits.

It just fully set in that, assuming Entry 85 features Tim and/or Alex, we are actually just waiting for their facial hair to grow back. For me, that's about a month, and I grow facial hair rather quickly (if I don't shave every day, its obvious). Just sorta funny... we're anticipating the growth of Tim's facial hair.

As well as there being a long-ass post on Troy's blog and the THAC Fb page.

I dunno, people have been speculating about the time Entry #84 was filmed for a while now, it obviously wasn't done back in 2009 but could have been filmed earlier in the production of Season 3 then we thought. If I'm right then they're probably just taking this time to plan out the entry carefully; script, block and choreograph it and make sure nothing is left out or left in that shouldn't be there. They know how important the ending is and I genuinely believe they want to give the best one possible.

Certainly, though in their most recent podcast they mentioned they just shaved for the shots in 84. I suppose i am assuming it wasn't earlier on during S3 production but i concede its possible.

No I agree completely that they must've filmed part of Entry #85 with #84. I also have a feeling Brian will be in more parts of #85 since they spent a significant amount of time with him while they were in Tennessee was it? I don't think we saw the last of Brian.

Oh my bad, I've only listened to the first two or three podcasts. Should really catch up. I'm interested in why you think some of #85 was filmed with #84, do you think we'll see another tape or more footage from the one Tim found? I'd like to think we'll see more of Brian, I want a stronger connection to Hoodie.
