[META] Jane's powerpoint presentation On her website, you can find the powerpoint slides from a talk that Jane (Dana) gave to the MacArthur foundation yesterday.
http://avantgame.com/McGonigal%20ARG%20MacArthur%20Foundation%20NOV%2004.pdf
Of particular interest is slide 16 of 44, which has a screenshot of dana's GMail account.
(Edit: Check out her labels in the sidebar... She has one devoted to "Loser Photos"
(Edit 2: Also check out this one , which on page 18/31 reveals that she was thinking about ringing payphones as early as July)

seriously underestimated I had no idea that behind the curtain was such academic intensity. Reading her bio is both humbling and inspiring. Maybe I'm in the wrong field.

I'm on every page! In that "Circle of BeeKeepers" picture, I'm the guy immediately to the right of the pay phone, with the brown hair and sort of beige clothing. I believe that thing I was holding was a yellow pad for taking notes. That's the Burbank AMC Theatre axon on August 24, 2004, by the way, for those who don't recognize it. I know that MrBabyMan and Skyfall, and maybe others, were around there somewhere as well.

yup my timeline page was among quite a number of fun-made website shots... kule seems like this was almost a study for her... I saved it just cuz the powerpoint itself almost gives a good outline of what ilovebees is...
