No, I highly doubt it - the whole thing's a bunch of clips from everything else.

If it is, I'm extremely disappointed.

 		It's from one of the trailers for one of the Slender Man movies. I think the specific movie got cancelled, but I can't recall the name of the movie at the moment, so I can't check.

Actually, I'm... I'm pretty sure there's another one that you might be looking for called 'Sims Saga.' It's pretty much the same thing, just normal Sims. It ended about a year ago, though, so expect no updates.

 		Well, this thread is too useful to die.

@OP: The second one is from 5zer02; the very last minute of the video titled October. I'm pretty sure the first one's from The Follower, but I could be wrong; I haven't seen the entire film (it's about two hours long or something) and I watched it about five months ago.

My own question is, again, related to that music video; at 0:51-52, there's a shot of the cameraman turning to see Slender Man, who has very, very long arms. It looks much like a shot from... maybe Marble Hornets? Dark Harvest? Both of them have a Slender Man with really long arms.
