DVD puzzle?

Siege, I think it was, broached the topic of a puzzle hidden on the DVD.
Apparently, one of the PMs said to Listen To The Puzzle?

There is an empty spot on the front page, in the shaded area for a link to go.

I haven't picked apart the background sounds in an editor yet, but I dont hear anything special going on in the noises.

Here's the official story.

I got a call from Buzzkill midway through the event saying they'd made contact with a PM in SF and that we could unlock said .html page (although he didn't tell us THAT) if we figured it out. Buzz told me to look for a PM in New York.

I found someone. I don't know whether he was a PM or simply a rep in the know, but I asked him if he had a clue for us for the puzzle.

He told me to listen to the DVD. To pay close attention to the DVD, and to the puzzle. And that was all he was going to say.

After he repeated that last part of his sentence to me about 777 times, I gave up on milking more information out of him.

There is a 4th widow's journey. on Version one, press up to highlight "Window's Journey" (mispelled on purpose?). then press left, to access the FOURTH journey page.

interesting... the story is quite...erm....WTFBBQ?!?

Yes, Sean stated that there were 2 easter eggs on the DVD.

Hilarious!

The second Easter egg seems to be...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
...on the "unused scenes" page. Go UP from "jan chapter one" to highlight the title "unused scenes." It leads to a "kamal chapter zero," which is the same voice actor doing his part of the scene from Week #1 in which he's showing Sophia how he can ghost her -- but with a strong Russian accent throughout. I wonder whether that was the original concept for Kamal all along?

Can anyone get an audioclip up online of the Kamal easter egg?

My DVD is corrupt for some reason, and while EVERYTHING else works, the two eastereggs won't load. The Kamal one actually crashes the player, both on my computer and x-box.

mine also crashes on the Kamal easter egg (and also on the raw audio in the audio progression). Very weird... anyone got an audio file?

Just a curiosity, but what program are you using for the easter eggs? It seems that even Window's Media Player can even play them, so it sounds you either need to update or check to see if your drivers are up to date. Although I used WinFast DVD which came with my TVR card instead of Windows Media Player (WF, btw, can take screencaps and is therefore I have the 4th widow's journey up--but for bandwidth purposes, I'm not hosting them on my site--should I post them with the attachment option instead?).

Er, I was asking more of which program you use to run the DVD on your computer. And if your x-box is an early version, too, as well as your computer software, that may be why it's crashing.

Ohhh...I just use "DVD Player". It's integrated software.
