PS, something that no one has posted yet.

All ILB DVDs contain the phrase

"CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" on the outside ring of the DVD printed side.

I've finally got my ebay account active and reported said offenders.

There's a difference between what's legal and what's ethical.
We may not be sure whether this is illegal, but it is certainly unethical.

This is what happens when you let anyone into the event. At the Chicago event, they were not even checking for confirmation e-mails. Anyone who had an ID got in. And I've heard at least 5 people say after looking at the DVD "I Love Bees? What's that?"

You didn't even need an ID. There was a group of foul-mouthed 13 year olds behind us in line, and they got in just fine with none of the above. Behold the power of poor planning mixed with the reality of a PR event.

And billing for time? You better believe it, buster. I'm not sure about doing it after the work, though. Probably not.

Evil or Very Mad

Seeing as no-one has any kind of response, there's no point leaving this here.

Written on the actual DVD:

'Nuff said. Time to start loging IPs. Evil or Very Mad

OK, the happy meal toy was a bad example that was the first that came to my mind. The way I see it, is that if it is your property, you have the right to keep it, sell it, give it away, break it, etc.

Hell, look at all the places on the internet where you can find Grand Theft Auto III for the Xbox. It states ON THE CASE "NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE". They are not including Vice City with that and they are doing what the case says not to do. Does that mean that they are breaking the law? I agree with the Doctor in that NOT FOR RESALE as well as NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE is referring to the retailer/distributor, NOT the person who owns it.
